I just so hope the Sky don't make the play-offs. They don't deserve it, and they're frankly dangerous. The best thing CC's power could result in would be competent and fair reffing, including no more tolerating dirty plays.
Of course I have said it before. When players do obvious flagrant fouls and the coach smiles, laughs, pats player on back, the coach accepts it, and promotes it. That said for Witherspoon to give response like that is hypocrisy at its best
The women of the wnba have never been popular enough to have critics before. Now that there are people watching there are people being critical. Most of these women are weak and take any criticism as racism.
There are women who express that same sentiment. It was their safe space but its now invaded by the "others" who do not understand why they treat each other so poorly to the point where the "others" don't have the stomach to watch them anymore. The WNBA display rampant favoritism to about a dozen players who all happen to have been on the Olympics team. It treats these players like royalty and they rarely get into foul trouble, while other players get punished for making good plays against them. Engelbert is letting the referees have too much control over the outcome of the games and the "new fans" are disgusted by it.
The ROTY race was over months ago because nobody was at the level of CC. But so many people tried to keep AR in and we know why but people claim that's toxic CC fans. When it comes to MVP, there are legitimate reasons to get CC in high consideration for it but nobody trashes A'ja because A'ja is 100% legit. Calling Reese overhyped was never about race, she just got outperformed.
Yeah Angel Reese celebrated that blindside body check was disgusting. And Teresa Witherspoon cracking that smile was evil. No wonder Mabrey wanted off that cesspool that’s the Sky. I would never root for anyone that’s been involved in the dirty plays. TW walked out of the press conference because they asked about their next game against the Fever.
@MarkandRobpodcast gentlemen, alot.of the negatively of supposed Clark Fans are internet trolls, people who are not real basketball fans. They are people looking for clicks...
I don't recall saying that on this video; I did say this in the Cindy Brunson video (she is a bi-racial Clark hater who is friends with Sheryl Swoopes). I don't think skin color should be relevant nor do I care about it, however, their tribalism (and often racism) have made it an issue which we call out because it's wrong. Many of the black women in the WNBA, those connected to the WNBA, or cover the WNBA (like at ESPN) care that Caitlin Clark is white so they don't like her and/or are constantly underrating her, and mistreating her for that reason. Blame them for making it relevant, not us. We try to to be race neutral -- they do not -- we could care less that Clark is white or that Reese is black.
Prove Witherspoon teaches hate, otherwise disparaging her the way you have is doing the same thing you claim Spoon does. Spoon was known as a hard player in her day and no doubt expects the same from her players (who it has to be said she mostly inherited, except for Reese and Cardoso). However, I am willing to bet that the recent multi-game absence of Carter, perhaps now Reese, IS a result of Spoon doing 'something' to mitigate the negative feedback caused by these players. What if she actually benched her? Carter was a known problem before Spoon became coach. The issue is she is a valuable player. Maybe the coach has been trying to rehabilitate her, but hasn't succeeded yet within such a short timespan. I'm not saying I am right about this, but more and more I am tired of listening to people spew out completely neagative opinions about people just because they can find an audience for it. Asking for subscriptions from people if they don't like Witherspoon is cringe in my opinion. Maybe I'll unsubscribe instead if it turns out you become a hate channel.
Weatherspoon was smiling and laughing with one of her players immediately after they committed one of those fouls. I forget which game, might have been the one where DeShield assaulted Caitlin from behind.
I think you guys missed it but when Carter hip checked Clark and then Reese jumped up and cheered look to the left and you will see Weatherspoon clapping and cheering too….pure racist hatred 🏀🏀
@@CandyChannel1966 yes they are all very jealous of Caitlin because they all know that one day Clark is going to own all of their records and they will fade out of all of the conversations when they talk about the WNBA 🏀🏀

17 percent of the league's flagrant fouls had been committed against Clark, and the Sky were responsible for 80 percent of them.
Alisha Gray and Sophie Cunningham have been FF 4x a piece. Angel Reese is the only W player to have been FF2 this season .

The W is systemically racist.

It is unbelievable.... something needs to be done
Players actions come from the coach
Then she lets them stack pad Reese's stats
Shocking lack of Diversity and Inclusion in the Hate.Seems Only Fractions do Hard fouls on CC22.
OMG...she should talk....T Spoon
If all the flag rants were called against Clark it would be 25%
I don't understand

Yes, but same for Reese fans

Mark, why do you constantly refer to women’s skin color? “She appears to be a light skinned black woman” Ok, and how was that relevant!?

Carter texted positive for COVID. Angel is having surgery. Go luck at her after those assaults and how poorly she handled them.
