I know you guys were feeling the same way I was about Kelsey early in the season, she wasn't ready to hand over the reigns to CC and almost never would pass the ball. I've seen a big difference in her since the all star break. Her and CC seem to be really playing off each other and KM is passing a lot more. She's figured out that Caitlin is a willing passer and if she back cuts, CC will get her the ball every time. Playing together the way they are, they're phenomenal and will be a problem for any team to deal with.

My daughter was a huge Sheryl Swoopes fan. She had all her shots. I have lost all respect for her. No use for her whatsoever.

The wnba refs are terrible, but worse than that is they are actively awarding certain players and basically punishing other players in many games. Giving some leeway to certain players is not anything new but completely making up fouls and not calling other obvious fouls is intentional.

Basketball is a game of statistics. You guys don’t understand the 5 point swing because you don’t understand unwritten statistics. All winning coaches understand the entire game of basketball is a game of unwritten statistics. When Lexi Hull forces a turnover, that’s an unwritten statistics. Likewise, the 5 point swing is an unwritten statistic. When Smith takes it all the way down court looses it & the Wings score a 3 from it, it’s a game determining 5 pt swing that goes unwritten. It’s an easy concept for those who understand how statistically important every single mistake can be to victory.

Clark is a very smart, fast learning player too. She proved that in the short Olympic break. Imagine what her second season is going to be. The WNBA better brace for impact.

Your "Opinion" about CC's T/O's was spot on, Mark, except it is not opinion. CC herself talked about it post-game. She has also mentioned the need to control her emotions better because of the 'T ' issue. Every player has something they can improve on, so let's see if CC gets better in these areas, just as she did with getting her shooting back on track.

I feel you guys but as a former player I can attest that it is impossible to carry the load offensively play tight defense score at an extremely high pace oh while playing basically 40 miniutes. I'm okay with her defense.
