I was at Cosmo there for 3 nights from 1/04/2024 through 1/07/2024. My 1 bedroom terrace suite was very large and pretty clean. But was missing the tablet, slippers, and some small stuff. I ended up calling twice for housekeeping to bring up those small items (never got the slippers even after 2 calls), but even after 3 calls, I never got the tablet for the room. Everytime I called, they were not happy on the other line. I checked out after 3 days with no tablet.
We just checked out when you were arriving. That's crazy you never got the tablet. Seems like there definitely having issues over there.
Always get the name of the person you are speaking to and write it down. Then you can call a Mgr and call out specific people for not doing their job
MGM is ultimatley going to ruin this property.

Wow, that sounds like a major hassle. After 33 years, I only stay free. We gamble too much, Lol.👍😻🍀. The strip is nice but pricey. Sorry it was disappointing. No internet?

The worst hotel ever, sent so many messages and emails afterwards as well as when there. Never go there again. Food awful, dark and dingy atmosphere. Needs a big update. We weren't offered any upgrade. Did refund resort fees as internet didn't work the whole week. The room was filthy, bathroom had faeces, blood on sheets, too many things to mention. Just be prepared if you stay there.
This hotel is far too expensive for a bad service. No internet, no tub (I am a tub girl too) is not acceptable. We are going to Vegas in August and staying at Paris in a suite, I hope it is ok. I thought about paying more for Cosmo for a terrace, but these type of reviews scare me and I am seeing more of them.
Stay in Total Reward hotels and have less problems. I go to Las Vegas 3/4 times a year and most always, stay at Caesar’s Palace. Rarely ever have any problems. If I do, it’s fixed almost immediately. You need high status at these hotels. If your a Diamond Elite or 7 Star, your problem will be fixed quickly.
We did a special deal in 2019 that's no longer around. Since then we just keep matching.
We have enjoyed our Caesars stays.
That’s brutal. All those resort fees that these places charge for Internet access pool access whatever it is and they can’t even supply what they’re charging you for. That really sucks. I Always book when I can a room with the tub. That’s why more often than not I stay at horseshoe in their suite they have humungous tub. I absolutely love it.

Repairs should be based on priority, not your place in a queue. Would they leave a leaking pipe to fix a wobbly chair leg? Not being able to use a bathtub should be high on a priority list as it directly affects your stay. Bellagio removed their tubs in the latest renovation and Fontainebleau just has a giant shower in their gold rooms. Some Flamingo rooms don’t have tubs. They are becoming rare!

Being a fellow Canadian. How do you become a Caesar’s Diamond Club Member? I know you can match with a Wyndham Diamond CC, however don’t you have to give a 🇺🇸 address and social security #? We are coming to Vegas at the end of March and world love to have our resort fees waved. Can someone help us? 😁🤠
We had an awful experience there our first staying there in November. Had a balcony suite facing the fountains, walked in the bathroom there was urine all over toilet and floor. Crumbs and pizza crust around the bed. Luckily we were double booked and Nomad and just went there. I have no interest in staying at Cosmo. They didn’t even reply back to the email I sent them with pictures.
That is absolutely ridiculous.
I just remembered everytime i stayed there i was streaming from my own phone plan. Not on their internet cause it was pretty bad

I've stayed at Linq, Flamingo, Treasure Island and the Strat. Never had an issue with Internet at those properties. Cell Service wasn't always great, but could always get wifi. It's Pathetic Cosmo can't figure this out. Especially with the prices they charge.

They could have atleast changed your room charge to the price of a room with no tub or something. Idk how much they can do to help the Internet. But now you know

These are issues you expect a hotel to fix pretty fast good you reported it they should of given you at least a free night for the trouble or credit for food something.
A food credit would of been nice. Or just fix the issue in a timely matter lol.
I have not had a reservation to stay at Cosmo. The night I did stay, the room was fine, but I only want to kick back on the balcony, enjoy my Vegas buzz and watch the fountains. I get the tub thing, I gotta have great shower pressure. Customer Service sounds like SHIT! First impression is important when you come to Vegas. I have my own unlimited plan for internet. Ever since my first New Years fiasco, I went home and got the unlimited plan. Hardly any issues now. Anyhow, You are both in Vegas!!!! Cheers buddy!

Sounds like the offer was good to be true and it was haha. Brutal experience. Venetian I stayed at recently was great except bed was a tad firm

Yikes!!! It really sucks when you have to spend what little time you have to deal with room issues …and then that time you spent wasn’t even worth it bc nothing was made right!!!😮 And you can’t get that time back! Frustrating!!! 😡

I’m sorry this happened on your first stay there. the Internet has always been kind of shitty there. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s just garbage. I’ve experienced it too especially in the rooms. They really should’ve taken off the fee for one of the nights. Hopefully they make it right.

@Pennys4Vegas In all seriousness I've said in my videos from our last 3 stays tub was broken each time.
As far as wifi I have never used it so can't speak to that. (I have 50g of data at home that transfers and works the same down there so no need) Do they give "free" wifi that is just non existant? I know service spotty on slot floor too
When I spoke to Liz while you guys were still there she mentioned the thermostat on iPad not working. I've never used that either, I just use one on the wall so I didn't even know that was an option 😆

Sorry guys Cosmo has struggled with customer service for years and it’s only getting worse since MGM took over.
On a serious not. That must have really sucked. I always wanted to stay at the Cosmo. I heard that it is one of the top 5 hotels to stay at in Vegas. I totally agree with you Planet Hollywood is a great stay. 😎🥸🤓
PH is definitely under-rated.
