Because any kind of solid rubber can get dog hair off easy. As a dog groomer, i use rubber gloves to get the hair off my clothes in no time

Detailer out of Michigan here. Been in business for 5 yearish. Dog hair comes in all sizes detailers, it's hard to get every piece out especially on cars that are swamped. Communicate this to the customer don't guarantee 100% removal there will be a few tiny pieces unless you are going xray removal mode. Keep at it guys, these kind of jobs are hard

What do you use specifically for short *white* chihuahua hair on *black* Toyota Tacoma carpet. That pairing was made my Satan himself. 3 1/2 hours and I want to light the truck on fire. Unless I go back with tweezers which I can’t do because I don’t have that kind of time. I tried a squeegee & lots and lots of sticky roller sheets. And of course shop vac. I’m really at my wits end.
PS I googled vinegar and water solution for stuck on road salt crystals and a brush. Lame af and now my car smells like nasty ass pickles. Got anything better for a solution? I’d be forever grateful. 🙏🏻 ❤

When I have to clean an interior with pet hair and the brush ain’t doing much I spray windex/degreaser on the carpet and then use the black brush and vacuum to pick up the hair it works like a charm!

I didn’t know the trick about using the stone on carpets and I use one daily!! (I clean houses) Removing pet hair can be a chore. I’ve found anything silicone to be helpful, but the pumice stone technique you explained blows my mind!! I will definitely be using your tips in my professional “toolbox.” Thank you for the great advice!

Hey brotha, I have my own business too and what I’ve noticed that helps out a LOT for dog hair is a vacuum attachment made by Shine Supply. It just sticks to the tip of the vacuum and it’s pulls the hair out and vacuums it at the same time. It doesn’t fit all vacuums.

I've noticed that newer Lexus suv's have that cheap thin carpet and it's hard to vacuum pet hair. Tbey say to use fabric softener but for me spraying it down with apc seems to work better. Also, I like using a drill brush on one hand and the vacuum on the other.

I jus bought a Ryobi pressure washer today for $120, it didn't come with a hose or wand but those don't cost much for me to buy... I'm gonna get my son to start learning how to detail cars & cut grass... he knows how to push a mower cuz he helps me cut our grass.. I wanna find pressure washing jobs & if they need their lawn cut or a car detailed then my 13y/o son could start his own business while we work together as a combination business...

Another option is just use the rubber gloves right on your hand - works better than the rubber brush and much more efficient. The rubber glove grabs the hair and pulls it right out. That's what I've been doing for 30 years and it works. I hate those cheaper "velcro carpet" that the lower end cars use - hair and grass literally weaves itself into the carpet. Customers don't understand how difficult the cheaper carpet can be, so I always explain it to them.

My local car wash is awesome and for $24 will do a detailed job and removes every piece of miserable hair. They use a standard vacuum.
I decided to try a yellow kitchen glive and water and a lot did come off but for a little pup i could knit a small coat 😊 My next step is a doggy seat for him and a blanket. I'm going nuts!

Other than getting the hose connector turned around (watch out for that one), the machine is simple to put together and use th-cam.com/users/postUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP . And very nice, too. I'm surprised at the power-it's more than we'll ever need, and we've not even used the most powerful setting yet.I've cleaned off a dirty concrete porch to get it ready for sealing, started to clean siding, and I know this pressure washer will be terrific for cleaning tools this fall. The only issue we had is we had turned around the hose connector, and it leaked. Once it was on correctly, though, we had no problems with the connection. Just remember that the end with the green knob goes towards the hose. It's obvious now what we did wrong, but not necessarily obvious at the time.

Don't take the cone off. Leave it on and with that u can literally get as close as possible and blast away won't damage anything. The only thing u really have to look out for is the control buttons. Meaning the radio and window buttons don't get to close because u might blow them out. I have done this once and learned my lesson lol. Other than that blast away. And like I said in my comment use a vacuum at the same time to blow the carpet and when u blow the plastics on dash doors ect..
