Hello! I just got a flip 5 from a store, for 67$ and they said that it was either on display or had damaged packaging. After i brought it home safely, and after 4 days it started glitching. The song and the feedback tone don't wanna play, but the speaker works. Its not water damaged. After it's warmed up, started working fine. After cooling down it's stopped working again. Any idea?
the problem is that when i try to connect my jbl flip 5 to the jbl app it does not get connected and even if i want im am not being able up update the firmware. please help me with this problem

That sound like there is an issue with the hardware or even with the electronics of the speaker, i believe technician is the best go to solution.
