Gosh I can't agree with you more. I was late diagnosed ADHD at 52. Now at 57, I have spent so much time decluttering (it's ongoing) and that has allowed me to create simple, effective routines to stay organized. Now I lean towards minimalism, which seems unbelievable. I can honestly say, all of that has reduced my stress so much and made life so much more joyful. I am new to your channel but see we struggle with similar issues. Binge eating, difficulty implementing systems, clutter, organization, self care. I just want to encourage you to keep going. You will improve your life so much and as the mother of three grown children, I look back now and wish I had known so much sooner just to spare them the impact of living with the hot mess I was. 2 out of my 3 are diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety and depression in their teens. It is genetic for sure, but nurture has a huge impact on it as well. Bravo to you for sharing your self so vulnerable and bravely.

You have a point with the shoes thing! Magnesium and D is good for depression; I don't take iron but I take B6 and B12 (for the nervous system).
I have depression all year round but also have seasonal depression as well.
