Shiiet time to SUB!
Discovered Takuya Kuroda just a year ago I can't stop listen since then. He's a GREAT artist and a big name in jazz influences for me lately. The funny thing is that all the greats are dead, he's just starting... This is a exciting thing to know.
ALL the greats?! What are you talkin' about? Wynton Marsalis & Terence Blanchard ain't dead!! And, no doubt there are others-- marginally to totally unknown.
@@MPam1619 Charles Lloyd? Sonny Rollins? Archie Shepp? Pharoah Sanders?
Listen to this everyday.... Like if you do too
Takuya Kuroda - trumpet
Corey King - trombone
Takeshi Ohbayashi - keys
Rashaan Carter - bass
Keita Ogawa - percussion
Adam Jackson - drums
I think...
He digs deep.... and brings up some gems.
Marvellous!!!! When neo soul+Jazz=this beauty!!!
One of my favorite concerts in my life, means a lot for me. Te amo Fernanda bebe.
Awesome ! Discovered Takuya Kuroda last summer ; since then love listening him.He' s a Great artist and brings us much joy and happiness .Regards from Romania
Favorite parts: 10:53 - the trumpet and piano weaving. 21:03 that whole key change/drum transition into that a-tonal section... and of course that whole track at the end 21:46 that's everyone's jam
