So many reasons, but the main reasons are: 1: I'm not a fan of competitive sports in general because drug testing isn't equal all across the world. 2: It takes a lot of time off training. 3: The new rules for competing in international competitions for Ireland make it harder. 4: I simply just don't like competing. I will compete internationally in the future, but right now I'm really just focusing on training.

I have a problem with my snatch. Happens that when doing the last phase when I extend my arms, I do not know how to place the elbows, if I look down or back? Since I have felt some pains on the anterior deltoid or more understandable the upper part of the bicep. In a session of the professional Aleksey TOROKHTIY says! That the elbows look down to be already extended, I would appreciate your help since I do not want to injure my shoulders !!. Greetings.
