I have had my first dwarf white isopod colony for only a week now. I do want to get a larger species and set them up in their very on display terrarium.

Ladybugs 🐞 are the only insect or crustacean that could share space with me! 😂. Love the terrarium your projects always come out beautiful. You make it look so easy. 💚

Thank you, these type of Isopods can not survive in normal household. They need high humidity and stay in the habitat. They also move slow. Appreciate you watching.
This is beautiful! I like terrariums and paludariams, but I am not into the isopods. Their movements creep me out. 😂 Have you ever had the dairy cow species? Do you see yourself making more bioactive enclosures again?
I can understand about the creepiness lol. These specific Isopods and Ladybugs are the only bug like creatures I trust lol. Dairy cow species remind me too much of roaches, so I never kept them. I'll prob be do more low maintenance bioactive enclosures.

Hey, thanks. I got the Isopods from a EBay seller. There are quite of few sellers. I put 8 of them in the enclosure. My rushed filming didn’t show all that lol.
@AroidDistrict I know the feeling. Secretly, I imagined doing a setup like that for my brother's snake enclosures so it can feel more natural, but he has too many now. His business blew up from a hobby to the main source of income. Follow your passion... God bless Dave!

Here in New Zealand I’ve only known them as slaters.

🤣 see y’all ain’t knowing. Isopods won’t survive outside the terrarium so they stay in there, Ladybugs be all over the house.

Cool terrarium! I tried terrariums in my early plant journey, but did not do well. I'm going to leave them to you and Serpa Design.
