I watched it yesterday. It’s pretty good. Much better than I expected. And kudos for coming up with an awesome set piece that it true to Uncharted and I would really like to play a game version of it.

It's not as good as any of the games (the treasure history and riddles are very simplified), but It's still one of the better video game movies.
My biggest beef, really, is Marky Mark as Sully. He doesn't look like the part, he doesn't sound like the part, it is just Mark doing Mark again, like in all his films. Dude could at least have grown a mustache is what I am saying...
Looking forward to Uncharted 2 when Sully dies in the first scene, we see Nathan Drake slowly reduced to a hollow shell of a man while Neil Druckman hands out whips for the audience to flagellate themselves for the 3 hour duration of the film.

I haven't even seen it yet, but from an Uncharted fans perspective having played all the games, I already know it's not good. The messed with the continuity too much for the sake of like "enjoying the atmosphere of Uncharted" as it were. It's like the film tries to present itself as canon, even though it's clear from the events that happen here that it is definitely NOT canon. Like it's not a game whose own continuity and story was convoluted to the point where you could get away with that, like say, the MGS games and most likely how the MGS movie is going to be. See that game, especially with it's supernatural elements, you can play around with the continuity because all the games are like fever dreams, and they all already kind of flow into one another in that way. I'd go on record as saying this film is almost as bad as the Assassin's Creed movie, which wouldn't have been so bad if the script wasn't absolute dog shit, and that film actually WAS canon because it just took on the perspective of a different assassin descendent. Not to mention you can't tell who any of the characters are supposed to be except Tom because of the tan shirt, holster, and pants he wears. You can't even tell Wahlberg is playing Sully without someone having to explicitly call him by his name especially during scenes in which his mustache is shaved which SULLY NEVER DID. And his voice.. Sully has a very distinct voice even when he was younger in Uncharted 3. Sorry but none of them sold me.on the characters they play, certainly not Mark. An actor is supposed to fade away into the role so you don't see them you only see the character. Like when I watch House I think to myself god I love Hugh Laurie, but I don't actually "see" Hugh Laurie when I watch it - I only see House. And the witty sarcastic banter of the characters didn't help much, even though it is very much a part of those characters, because every movie Mark is in nowadays he plays some sarcastic dude or some generic action guy, and in this he plays both. Like that film he just came out with, Infinite I think it's called? Such a nice concept but I couldn't get into it from the trailer. He's just playing a typical character he plays and it all felt overly generic in it's approach. That is all to say I don't think it's any one of their faults, it's mainly the studios fault, and a little bit Neil's fault. In order to get more than just the Uncharted audience to see the movie they got big A list actor Mark Wahlberg whose face everyone knows, and up and coming Tom Holland who is the fact of Spiderman now and all those fans will flock to see this just cause he's in it. When you make a video game to film adaptation, the game's fans should be the ones who are kept in mind the most and it shouldn't alienate them, and this very much does, at least for me. We should have gotten an Uncharted film with Nathan Fillion, but unfortunately there are more Spiderman fans than firefly or castle fans. Nathan Fillion exudes Drake's personality and they could have invoked the atmosphere of the game with him, without dismantling the continuity.

This reminds me that we need a new uncharted game after lost legacy like Uncharted 5 or something that’s big
I think a spin-off with Sam and Sully would be cool, especially that ending in Uncharted 4 would make sense to have a game with them.
Tbh I'm 50 50. I think we have had enough of uncharted but at the same time I want new adventures. Thing is a new game would be the same thing all over again. If they can flip a new game with a fresh approach like Nintendo does to their games, then I'm all for it
