Is it a good option to do a second bachelor's degree in Applied Mechanics after first degree in Automobile Engineering in India?
Or should I learn more subjects during Masterstudium in Angewandte Mechanik.

What I understood from your question is that you are talking about doing two bachelor degrees i.e total 8 years. If I were you I won't even think of that! Usually after bachelors you should move forward with your career as well as your life and do masters after 1-2 years of work experience.
If you mean that you are gonna study 1st year in India and then from 2nd year in Germany then that's fine, it can be done but not sure whether you can change fields as automobile and applied mechanics are ofcourse different.
"Or should I learn more subjects...." I did not understand what do you mean by this question. Can you explain it again?
