- Here i have used permanent magnet both stator and rotor inorder to reduce the power consumption of bldc motor
The radial flux bldc motor has 12 stator poles and 16 rotor poles
I have already explained how the stator magnet reduce power consumption of motor in the video part-1

Can it be made to run on 220volts rectified supply?
Sorry it is designed for only 12volts
Generally current I=V-Eb/R
V-supply voltage
Eb-back emf
R-motor impedance
I=220-10/10(it consume high ct)
So it is not used for higher voltage
Putting magnets on the stator make it more efficient? How much torque does it make it needs a load like a fan

What controller are you using and what size is the stator?
Do you have the model that the stator come out of?
How is it wound what pattern?
What size magnet on the outside and pull strength?

@@pugalstech Thanks, for that info, what are the magnets on outside rotor example: 6mm high x 4mm wide x 2mm thick? I believe the center are magnetron magnets. Thanks you 👍

Whats the point on having magnets outside motor bell . ? Flux should never leak outside the bell

max rpm of this motor
0.3 watt means it need 3333 hours to consume 1 unit of electricity, which is approximately 139 days continuously running. Too much power efficient, average led diode consume 0.5 watts, your moter is efficient then it.

Btw, what about torque? How much torque it can produce?
