    They didn't say whether the foods should be consumed at the same time or over the day?

    While doing hte 3 day test, what kind of diet do I need to be on, because there migth be something else I eat that same day that causes the syptmoms so I would never really know if its the test food or something else I ate.

      Not a doc, but my impression is that you eat Low Fodmap foods that you know you are symptom free on. For me, that's Oats with flax, walnuts and blueberries in the AM, Salad for lunch, Quinoa and veg in the evenings. Snacks are nutbutter on gluten-free (which is often Low Fodmap, too, but check), plain popcorn, rice crackers, that sort of things. It can take a while to find your safe foods but keep trying. Good luck.
