i sweat a lot because i feel like everyone's looking at me =( and my thoughts start to panic and wonder what they're thinking of me! i start sweating and getting really nervous
@@zlabfab487 sometimes I do, but most of the time in order to calm down i have to go somewhere where I'm alone...and I have to cool myself and wipe the sweat away. in like a bathroom or something.
@@christina9828 Same goes for me but its all in the mind. Sometimes I sweat sometimes I don't when I feel ppl staring at me while I'm working on something. I try to fight against it and focus my thoughts elsewhere. We can get through this :)
Try making more friends who are like you, there's always those person with whom you feel comfortable, hang out with them and with their help try meet strangers it'll help a lot. Btw you're great the way you are and we love you
@@Shaaan I am a very social person with many good and close friends. Still it is a problem whenever I go to larger social gatherings, lately I went to a wedding where it was a little warm too, I was sweating to a level some it dripped on the floor. But thank you for the kind reply :)
@@liltz9518 I got some tablets from my doctor called Didrase/Ditropan (Oxybutynin) that is actually for overactive bladder, but the side effects is no sweating. I took ¼ tablet each day and was completely dry. I could actually be cycling with a jacket in the hot summer sun, and still there was no sweat. It is just a temporary treatment, because there have been unverified studies that it can cause dementia in long time use.
Why do we fear others? We shouldn’t. People really arent even thinking about us, it’s the fact that we think they are which makes us more anxious. Social anxiety is easy to fix, if you have the right mindset. I learned my own strategy last year, fully better now.
To all ppl facing this problems just want you to know : You're awesome and exceptional person. You have anxities bc you care about the world more than anything and you are not normal bc you're more than normal, you're more intelligent than every other normal person and that's what makes you nervous that if you can cope with others and not offend them but really it's all in your head and to overcome social anxities all you need to do is meet more ppl and by that I mean strangers,it's funny how that'll you find more good things about ppl around you and you'll feel secure about the world around you. You're a human being and a great one actually so don't stress yourself thinking 'what if' bc you're the one who gets to choose and you're great the way you are. Again it's your own mind and you need not to do anything than calm it as it over thinks stuff and that's bc you care about everyone. You're great and I love you
Completely agree but the thing is i cant meet anyone new because i am a fabulous mixture of anxiety and Lazy. I am good with it i dont want to change for myself but my parents wants me to make friends and go out and i understand that that's good for me too .
When it wants to start, I feel a wave passing through my body opening up the sweat pores and I just know I'm gonna start sweating. Under my shirt, I'm soaked and it appears on my forehead and under my hair as well. It happens when I meet certain people in places I'm not too comfortable or when I'm being asked a lot of questions. Or even if I happen to think about a future event so much, when the time comes, the sweat comes with it.

My sweating gets so bad even at the phychiatrist I went and saw they were asking if I was ok and the nurses and all I don’t think mine is normal at all they were looking at me like I was about to have a heart attack and then it just was getting worse and worse I am terrified to leave my house due to sweating in public
Did you find a solution? I get this so bad too, like it comes on cue when I talk to people at work all the time. Absolute nightmare. Has stopped me going for nights out with friends and family completely.
Look up Wonderbro on TH-cam, it’s not a direct method to our exact problem but apply it in the same way and it works. To be honest, it’s about just letting it happen and not fearing it (easier said than done I know) it’s cost me everything and nearly my own life so I get how hopeless it all feels. Just give it a try (and even when you want to quit on it don’t)
What’s worse is the dwelling on it though, after a few years of having it and basically becoming alone. I actually slightly begrudge anyone who is successful in “life” with jobs and money etc because they don’t realise how hard people like us have to work just to go shopping to spend our last bits of money before I go broke from not working 🤦🏻♂️ but life goes on innit

I always start dripping with sweat under my arms when talking to anyone that I’m not 100% comfortable with. Often times by the end of the day my sweat will go through a shirt, a sweatshirt, and a jacket. I’m glad I don’t have any worse symptoms but it still gets annoying sometimes

Happens to me all the time! Actually happened last night having dinner with the girlfriend. Felt like I was being stared at and having a beaming light over our head didn't help and then came the sweat, the longer I stayed the worse it got. We had to move table. It's heartbreaking to have
I have this facesweat so bad ☹️ I’m a teacher and I’m standing in front of class with a dripping face and hair. Looking like a drowned cat, but also the most confident person in the room (while crying inside) School starts in 3 days and this sweating issue is giving me anticipation anxiety level 8000. I just want to be anxious in secret, not everyone seeing it dripping of my face 😥
Thank God I'm not alone. I always sweat; around people I am less familiar with; in a social gathering; during my presentation or any kind of public speaking; and lastly when I go to my relative's home and they start asking me questions. It bothers me alot but lately I am coping with it, I have started facing the challenges and pushing myself more into these type of situations because the more you run away from fear the more it will attack you.
I literally sweat all the time, especially my nose and I shake and blush whenever I have to talk out in class and I never used to be like this I used to be very confident and I still feel confident like I can do it and I know I can but I still sweat so much 😔
Chazz Boy it’s very annoying, today in class I tested my resting heart rate and I was at 100bpm and I was just sitting doing math, and I’m a healthy person so Ik it was just my nerves
Cara I’m sorry to hear that.. I had my internship again today and it was my second day on Wellbutrin. It helped a lot with sweating, that and because it wasn’t so hot today lol. But as soon as I felt anxious today I just reminded myself that it was only me thinking that way and they were just doing them.
Chazz Boy yeah I’m beginning to get a bit better, slowly but I’m getting there. Just thinking that nobody will even remember the time I sweated in front of them 😂
Lol I’m there with you. I hate that I’m only 23 and my internship requires I work with people 30 and up so I get nervous mostly I think because they know more than me and I don’t want to look stupid
My head and whole upper body sweats but only when I think about it. The problem is, I find it impossible not to think of it. Drives me mad. Even when I'm cold I start sweating.
I sweat too much when I have an interview or even riding a bus that makes me feel uncomfortable. My solution to temporary stop my sweating, I eat menthol flavor candy, so i can feel the coldness in my mouth and nose. It really helps me a lot to fight this kind of situation. Godbless us all guys. ❤️
I used to soak my black shirt then sleaze the water out cos u couldn't tell it was wet... to keep me cool... or ill drink a bottle of wine the night before then take a sleeping pill then when I wake I'm very groggy but my mind isn't racing as much...
I started sweating a lot when I was in like 7th grade cause of stuff like hormones, crushes and wanting others acceptance but now I don’t have any of those feelings anymore pretty much. So I don’t understand why I keep sweating so much anymore.
People doesn't understand how much this will affect your life and I sweat from head which is harder to hide and my worst triggers are dmv, court, and walmart
It happens during social situations like talking to a stranger, speaking publicly, and during haircut at the barbershop so I always had to bring a face towel/ handkerchief whenever I leave the house and always take shower before going to important events, I also don't wear light color shirts whenever I'm going somewhere because when I sweat it's very noticeable so I wear only black or white shirts or sometimes If light coloured shirts are the only available I always wear jacket to cover it. I will give you some tips bro to minimize sweating during social situations these tips works for me too(sometimes) -wet your face towel with water and wring it thoroughly after, this will make you a feel a little cooler everytime you wipe your sweat -always take shower whenever you're going to some important events especially social gatherings -whenever you feel that your anxiety will kick in take deep breaths and distract yourself from the thing that makes your anxiety worse, for me I distract myself by tapping my fingers on my lap as if I was playing piano in my head this will lessens my worry about the situation -whenever you need to speak infront of crowds like school presentations etc. hold to a pen or watrr bottle(any object that's acceptable to hold whenever you're talking publicly) in my experience this is fairly effective - lastly, if you think that excessive sweat is about to come during awkward situations make an excuse like going to a bathroom or and then breath deeply when you're alone relax yourself and wash your face I believe in you bro together we can overcome this, just remember that It's not just you and me who experience this but hundreds of thousands of people tooo from around the world ;)
I sweat constantly, I walk in to town and not pass a single person and still sweat, I don’t even leave the house put the anxiety of the thought process of dealing with any person makes me sweat so mate you ain’t got a clue what it’s like!!! Seriously walk in my shoes for 5 mins
Anxiety sucks, it wasn’t until 2 years ago I followed a strategy to overcome it. I now see life in a while other contex, and is love to share with anyone who needs help
I'm in your shoes happens to me all the time, the basic simple things just make me drip in sweat like going to the shop and standing in a que, getting a haircut, even talking to my own family around the dinner table i sweat it's so ridiculous, only people with this condition will know what a living misery it is
I feel like this all the time. I sweat all the time to the point where I have to bring tissues in my pocket to wipe. Sometimes having them in my pocket makes me feel better, that whenever I sweat I could just wipe it away. But then I get nervous about taking them tissues out to wipe, worrying that people might think that there's something wrong with me. So it's tiring, I wish I never had this, but I do. I'm trying to find ways to manage it by watching videos. Sigh😓

I have that same problem. I sweat like crazy just when i start to work in front of people, but today just doing the exercise of repeating my self and poking at my forehead i got to kind of getting control over the sweating problem. Today i thank you a lot from the inside
I am not insecure but hell insecure about sweating around people or seeming anxious I couldn't accept it and I can't accept it and I won't accept it but this is only leading to problems but God knows I tried to be normal about it but I just can't
Im near sighted and have problems with Nervous sweating I feel judged by my own thoughts I look at people and they look at me back while judging me. Its what i think when in that situation. My eyesight is whats making it worse :( Edit: the more i stay alone or outside just walking to my goal It gets worse i panic, walk weirdly and it just keeps stacking up and the only way for me to relax while walking. Just look down
I already watch this video a year ago. But i'm not ready that time to accept that i have social anxiety, but after i saw some of the comments here, and realize that i'm not alone who is fighting this anxiety, It makes me brave to face it with confidence and with knowledge at the same time. Someday i wish we all get through this😊❤
WHAT WORKS FOR ME IS JUST WORKING OUT ON A DAILY BASIS... try it people! If you have bad anxiety and sweats or tremor just work out in the morning and run your ass off. Your body will adjust and reserve those precious fight or flight patterns. I had an extreme fear of public speaking and had to do a lot of it for work.. I noticed that when I worked out to failure or ran all of the systems decreased by ten folds! Work out people and then tap i it makes you happy! Meditation is also key! Cheers
@@ellymendoza3004 meditate, it will help. 20 mint of meditation everyday and you will experience the result after a week. But you cant stop meditate because you will sweat again
Reading the comments I must say i feel your struggle and my heart goes out to you. I hate it, I do feel like a freak,it has seem to hit me in my late 20's and I'm in my 40's now. I do think it self confidence issue and social anxiety.

Man my anxiety sweating is so bad, my armpits are SOAKED and when it’s hardcore my hands shake like crazy. I’m leaving my comfort zone every single day and it still won’t get any better. I seriously don’t know what to do anymore. I couldn’t care less about sweaty hands I just wanna get rid of my soaked armpits. Im always ashamed when going outside because I know my armpits got wet spots again, I don’t even wanna lift my arms anymore. I tried to trick myself by just exposing the sweat spots and living a normal life but it didn’t help
Sorry to hear you feel so ashamed. And what if 'getting outside my comfort zone' is simply a strategy that doesn't work? Check out my video 'feelings ABOUT my social anxiety' and see what happens. It might not resolve the issue altogether, but I suspect you may get some palpable relief from it. All the best
I developed a fear of shaking hands, hi fives, holding hands, people leaning on me or touching me in any way cuz I’m super scared of sweating. This developed out of no where and it’s ruined any chance at any sort of romantic relationship which I’m experiencing now more than ever and now I’m so angry and so sick of this I don’t want to run from it any more I need to overcome. If you feel this way let me know cuz I’ve felt so alone in this and maybe you have too
I sweat alot outside my house. Inside alone or with my parents no sweat. I have tried everything mira dry 2000 euro spend . Result still arm pitt sweat and extra sweat on forehead and for the treatment i never had sweat on the forehead. I was bullied alot with the sweat so it has alot of negativity. How do i get rid of the sweating?
0707565 me too bro. Anyone has a solution? I can't handle this anymore. I just want to talk with my dear ones but when i sweat, i just want to be alone.
My biggest problem is sweating on face whenever I feel nervous.. and sometimes I'm anxious of being anxious.. oh...I hate that feeling. So my biggest problem of life is "SWEATING ON FACE" . Due to this I'm unable to face interviews, i stuck in a low paying job.
I'm also suffering from this hell. There is noone but me in the focus. That's what I'm thinking. Even in private conversations between two, I always have the feeling that I'm getting observed 🙄 feeding your brain with negative thoughts or feelings for years, makes it even more difficult to overcome this! I'm 30 now...it all began when I was sweet 16. I started hating myself, asking myself why I am the way I am and over time ..oh boy it got worse to a point that my sweating makes me feel like I recently finished a marathon. Psychological problems are worse than people think. You can't enjoy life the way you have too... Life can end in a split second. Why we have to face this? Why not start just thinking positive 😊 nice video btw
Coz of this I feel like skiping all class presentation...skip social activities etc... 😔 at first I was like oh no I'm sweating and thn waterfall 😅😅 I alwys wish to be like others who are so confidence no shyness....
Its so embarrasing everytime i got over sweating around with many people especially in awkward situation . I remember, in the mall im over sweating and i feel so stress that time .
So many ppl out there and i was thinking i was the only one... I think i have got solution for these... Exercise for one month 2-3 hrs per day.. And after one month you will be completely different person.
I think if it comes to odor in top of sweating, that is just an expression of social anxiety getting even worse. For me it was that feeling that nobody likes me that became bigger and bigger.Eft can really help. Doing a lot with Brad yates on yourube. Other then that eat lots or green vegtables and chlorella algea. Game changer: Buy yousrself a small infrared sauna (they are quite cheap) and detox all that stuff you have in your body out. Tapping in sauna is even more effective amd at the same time it clears mental toxins!
I sweat so much because I feel like people are looking at me. If someone is talking to me I do it, even if I’m alone in my room and texting someone I don’t know that well. I hate it I’m going to a new school soon and I’m really nervous.
I SWEAT SO MUCH AFTER SHAVE. GDI. then i stutter, i'm getting careless, i get thirsty, and i can't think straight..... i get panic attack, i scream, then my dad screamed at me, and it gets words, gdi, help me
I have this problem I swear everywhere drips down my face in a matter of seconds. The other day I went on a job interview and this always happens during interviews and I sweated so bad that even my back and legs sweated right to the chair and the interviewer noticed me dripping and sweat she didn’t say anything however she looked at me weird needless to say I did not get the job.
Sorry to hear that S Daylor. I have the same anxiety and it sucks. Sometimes is not even hot and you have no way of explaining why are you sweating when everyone else is feeling cold 😒😒

You know what makes it so much worse, being asthmatic and living in a tropical climate country, 30-45 Celcius day and night, 15-20 when raining.. I have the same problem, it started 9 months ago out of nowhere. Idk why I was never like this, I had self esteem and honestly a little bit of a narcissist in my own head.(but everyone praises their own attributes) anyways the earliest recollection I had of social anxiety was when I was 10 years old. I was buying shoes with my dad and out of nowhere I started bursting in sweat, at the time I didn't know why I was sweating, but I felt nervous and anxious by the fact the whole staff was dedicating their attention at me. That was the first and only time it happened. Fast forward 11 years later that same dreaded feeling came back to haunt me this year for some reason. Especially when I'm in public eating or waiting in line. I don't need validation from people but the fact that I can sweat anytime scares me triggers my social anxiety sweats. My self therapy is be a better person and try to help others act of kindness can give you a peace of mind.

Sweat me more!!" This kind of mindset kinda helps hehe I did great on my reporting!! My professor complimented me!!
I feel like tapping and focusing the taught of me suffering is just not gonna help for me, it might even get worse. My advice is clear your mind for a second and breathe slowly, focus on your breathing it will make you relax and stop the sweating.

Try This : 1. Whenever i feel Anxiety, Stress,Mental Dis-ease or anything which indicates that i am about to sweat I Focus On My Both "Armpits" Infact I will Recommend you to Focus on your Armpits All the day so that it can help you to stop nervous sweating completely Although this can take you some days to make this as a habbit so that you will start focusing on Armpits Subconsciously. 2. i am not aware of how it actually works but i can tell you that this stops the sweat at any other area exept Armits 3.Also i would recommend you to wear a A t-shirt or you can wear a sweat absorbent Tshirt which you can find Online . and then wear whatever you are wearing on top of that . It will help you in not getting your shirt wet and Smelling bad I Hope This Makes Your Life Better

Big question. Short answer: Studies have shown that tapping reduces the production of cortisol, and increases the production of serotonin. And these biochemical responses create a sense of calm. There are over 100 peer-reviewed studies done on tapping, published in prestigious journals like the APA (American Psychological Association). HTH
Guys it's clearly not just YOU there is a lot of us with this problem. Its a pain in the ass we need to be in more social situations. I wear a baseball cap when ever I can.
Bruuuhhh, as i open the door of the student's representative office, i spot my crush!! We were in the same room for hours, i was sweating BUCKETS!!! Can't even look at him in the eye.
OMG before going on a date or pretty much anywhere I have to park closest to the entrance where I don't have to walk much(especially during summer) make sure place is well ventilated, order a (or 2) tall glass a ice cold water before date arrives, start pinching my finger while I wait to calm myself, take deep breaths and keep doing this once he gets there. I pretty much don't pay attention to him for at least the first 15 min 🤣. Otherwise I'm dripping sweat. Have to excuse myself to use the bathroom and pat dry myself😭 I hate it!! One time a guy even mentioned if i was going thru "hormonal change" 😭. Oh and Let's not get into interviews😭 or while excercising (I hate gyms). Hate it Hate it Hate it.
But if I can offer you a positive perspective on this, you're doing a great job with not allowing the anxiety to stop you from going on dates, interviews, etc. Some people close themselves off and just stay isolated and then it acctually becomes even worse.
there's 2 type of people's in this planet 1- they call them successful people those who life without social anxiety 2- they call the unsuccessful people's those who suffer from social anxiety

Why do we fear others? We shouldn’t. People really arent even thinking about us, it’s the fact that we think they are which makes us more anxious. Social anxiety is easy to fix, if you have the right mindset. I learned my own strategy last year, fully better now.
To all ppl facing this problems just want you to know :
You're awesome and exceptional person. You're great and I love you
Wow Thank you thank you that's how I'm at school I sweat a lot around other pupils

Hi, it's amazing to know that I am not the only one with this problem. Sending positivity out to all.
Xd 😂😂😂😂😂 r u a girl? i have noticed girls r more common with this problem

I will give you some tips bro to minimize sweating during social situations these tips works for me too(sometimes)
-wet your face towel with water and wring it thoroughly after, this will make you a feel a little cooler everytime you wipe your sweat
-always take shower whenever you're going to some important events especially social gatherings
-whenever you feel that your anxiety will kick in take deep breaths and distract yourself from the thing that makes your anxiety worse, for me I distract myself by tapping my fingers on my lap as if I was playing piano in my head this will lessens my worry about the situation
-whenever you need to speak infront of crowds like school presentations etc. hold to a pen or watrr bottle(any object that's acceptable to hold whenever you're talking publicly) in my experience this is fairly effective
- lastly, if you think that excessive sweat is about to come during awkward situations make an excuse like going to a bathroom or and then breath deeply when you're alone relax yourself and wash your face
I believe in you bro together we can overcome this, just remember that It's not just you and me who experience this but hundreds of thousands of people tooo from around the world ;)
This so me😢..

If you feel this way let me know cuz I’ve felt so alone in this and maybe you have too
your absolutely right. its the worst thing ever to be thinking about any type of romantic relationship and sweating profusely all the time. Australia.
Wich sick mind that a tump up?
0707565 me too bro. Anyone has a solution? I can't handle this anymore. I just want to talk with my dear ones but when i sweat, i just want to be alone.
Why do people like this?! No thumps up its a serious problem and its not funny.
0707565 i just cant understand why we dont fucking sweat at home but when i go out.. i sweat and i cant fucking control it.
Ray Nene maybe because of fear of the sweat and a negative feeling when sweating.
i have social anxiety and i sweat so much because of it. i sweat a normal amount before but now that i have it, i sweat so much and im scared i smell
My biggest problem is sweating on face whenever I feel nervous.. and sometimes I'm anxious of being anxious.. oh...I hate that feeling. So my biggest problem of life is "SWEATING ON FACE" . Due to this I'm unable to face interviews, i stuck in a low paying job.
same thing happening with me
damn bro, same here. i wish we can all help each other somehow.
Me too
Anybody tried ayahuasca?
Honestly, I go through this problem everyday, and I hope I can get over it! YNWA
Mine got so bad one time when I was in public that I almost passed out. I didn’t even know that could happen.
I sweat a lot. The main problem though is the bad odour. It’s terrible and the more I worry the worst it is. I am stuck at home. 😓
I promise i will definitely get rid of sweating very soon🙇
I sweat because I'm afraid I might end up using the wrong words when talking to someone
I sweat so much because I feel like people are looking at me. If someone is talking to me I do it, even if I’m alone in my room and texting someone I don’t know that well. I hate it I’m going to a new school soon and I’m really nervous.
hayley murray good luck 💙 u got it!!
official nayo thanks x
how did it go?
@@vanyssqqueta7511 I know temperatures below 40 degrees is my only friend since that helps the heat that triggers the sweat.
*once I went for a job interview after formal intro I started sweating hard and felt very uncomfortable nervous and under pressure and under confident and mostly this happens with my*

Thank you for your advice iam get these sweeting difficulty on meeting, interview s and other serous situations of my life and I am got a shamed of it and now am got some ideas how to handle these situations thanks alot...
I also start to sweat when im excited! Like im sitting at home looking at some pictures and boom: my pits are dripping! It’s disgusting and even if im cold ughh
Thanks for the video. I’ve been suffering from this problem for 3 years and being a medical student, my episodes start whenever I’m asked a question...which happens more than you think. I’ll try the techniques you’ve mentioned and fingers crossed it will work.

You know what makes it so much worse, being asthmatic and living in a tropical climate country, 30-45 Celcius day and night, 15-20 when raining.. I keep telling myself to not give a shit about my surroundings or what people think of me and I really don't give a shit anymore.. but I still sweat nonetheless
Am I supposed to tap my face when I’m talking to someone?? Lol

@@ryanchapman9040 yes pls i need solutions for this..i m suffering from this social phobia ..plz help me to cope this
I have the same problem, it started 9 months ago out of nowhere.

I go to the grocery store in a line and suddenly.i.am.sweating like what the hell is going.on here
Me 2 man 😞
Try This :
1. Whenever i feel Anxiety, Stress,Mental Dis-ease or anything which indicates that i am about to sweat I Focus On My Both "Armpits"
Infact I will Recommend you to Focus on your Armpits All the day so that it can help you to stop nervous sweating completely
Although this can take you some days to make this as a habbit so that you will start focusing on Armpits Subconsciously.
2. i am not aware of how it actually works but i can tell you that this stops the sweat at any other area exept Armits
3.Also i would recommend you to wear a A t-shirt or you can wear a sweat absorbent Tshirt which you can find Online . and then wear whatever you are wearing on top of that . It will help you in not getting your shirt wet and Smelling bad
I Hope This Makes Your Life Better

Just out of curiosity how does tapping scientifically heal anxiety is it just for focus.
HTH
Hearing that I have to tap makes me feel like a psychopath

Some people close themselves off and just stay isolated and then it acctually becomes even worse.
i am sorry you're going through this, i am actually going through the same issues.
