      Alcoholics and people addicted to drugs are like that. My ex wife was wonderful until she became addicted to opioids.
      Mel Gibson's anti-Jew rant, which he denies but is one tape, very similar to Trump btw....but it took Gibson getting drunk to say what Marlon Brando said sober "Jews control Hollywood." And they have ever since Chaplin. And might I add, maybe that's why Hollywood is as successful as it is. It's an international entertainment machine and quite a few Jewish people work in the industry. At least one less now that Havey Winstead is locked up.

    • @souloftheage
      @souloftheage 3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      He's alcoholic.
      It's sad. It's an addiction.
      His father is an anti-Jew, right wing Catholic that is mean and full of hate.
      I'm sure Gibson has a hard time reconciling his father's views(who greatly influenced him) and what he sees around him, in a much more diversive world, than where his father and he came from.
      Perhaps Mel will find some freedom now that his hateful, backward-looking father is gone.

The book is about the amazing creation of the OED, an epic undertaking, and the story of its most interesting contributor, an American doctor serving life for murder in a home for the criminally insane.
