It was fun, but a bit scary. I'd never seen adults lose their mind in joy before. I remember the ramps were wild.. outside wasn't too nuts by the time we bailed.

In 1986 the Mets won it all & it's been 38 years since they've won one. In 1987 & 1991 the Twins won them. Now it's been 33 years since they've won one. Teaches us as baseball fans to NEVER take it for granted when you're favorite team is really good & winning. It could be a long time before it happens again. Believe me, I know as a Mets fan.
