    Butter Bagel
    Materials
    Water glass measuring 200ml
    500g flour (4 cups)
    275 ml. water (1 glass + one finger less than half a glass)
    12g salt (1 teaspoon)
    40g granulated sugar (make 1.5 tablespoons)
    80 ml oil (8 tablespoons)
    10 grams of dry yeast, those who want to make it with fresh yeast should use 30 grams.
    1.5 cups roasted sesame seeds.
    75 g butter to spread between them
    1 glass of water 1/2 glass of molasses (Mix the two)
    Those who want to make caramel should melt 1/2 cup of sugar on the stove until it gets a caramel color, then add 1 cup of water.
    Preparation of
    Make a well in the middle of the flour, add the yeast and sugar, let the water be warm, add it with the oil, let the yeast activate for 2 minutes, lastly add salt around the flour, knead until the dough is smooth, approximately 5 minutes.
    Cover the dough in an airtight manner and let it ferment, it takes approximately 10 minutes.
    Make 10 meringues from the fermented dough, stretch the dough and let it ferment for another 10 minutes.
    Roll out the dough by pressing it from the edges, since the dough is very soft, it opens immediately.
    Apply butter to the edge of the wick and let it sit for 10 minutes.
    Now shape it into a bagel, then add roasted and cooled sesame seeds to molasses water and let it ferment for about 15 minutes.
    First, ferment it at 75 degrees for 10 minutes, then adjust the oven setting.
    Increase the temperature to 180 degrees and cook until it becomes tender.
