Used to think investors lose out amid crash, meanwhile some make profits. I also thought folks went out of business during the great depression, but some went into business. Bottom line, there's always depression for some while others amass wealth gains.
well said, in my opinion, times are crazy now, hence everyone needs a sort of financial planning in order to thrive forward. ideally, investment advisors are the best reps for getting the job done..
Right, a lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions no offense. I remember years back, amid covid-19 outbreak, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, thus researched for licensed advisors, and thankfully came across someone of excellence. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $350k to nearly $1m as of today.
She goes by ''Katherine Nance Dietz'' she's a renowned figure in the financial industry with over two decades wealth of experience. I'd suggest you research her further on the web.
thanks for sharing, just looked up Katherine Nance Dietz on the internet, spotted her consulting page ranked top and was able to schedule a call session. Ive seen commentaries about advisors but not one looks this phenomenal
It’s precisely at times like these that investors need to be on guard against the next certainty. You don’t have to act on every forecast. I will also suggest investors to get yourselves a financial-advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the shares/ETF you focus on.

The crypto market has been unfavorable for months and I keep losing my money selling-off during dips, I'm very scared of holding right now,how do you guys still make so much….?

She has been the secret of my success ever since I lost my job. She is very good on that. Thank God I met her at the right time. Now I have a house of my own and other valuables.
I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my entire life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Elizabeth Meyer.
Wow. I'm a bit perplexed seeing her been mentioned here also Didn’t know she has been good to so many people too this is wonderful, I'm in my fifth trade with her and it has been super.
I lost over $70k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Natalie Strayer,

I’m doing this same thing with QQQ and xlk. I know they are not dividend powerhouses but I figured I’d give it a try over a year or two and see if it’s worth continuing. I’m doing $5/day for both.
Annual share price appreciation at 3%??? That should be about 9-10%… I think you were thinking dividend growth rate. Edit: you definitely mixed up dividend increase % and share increase %. But I’m sure it’s not a ton different. Still a good concept to teach.
Hey guys, I’ve been putting $10 a day in SCHD and QQQM. I am curious, any recommendations of the next ETF I should put my money into. I’m going to use the same $10 a day as well.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I think there is a calculation error with the annual dividends. Even with the increases of the dividends over the years the dividend yield was always ~3-5%. Yes, the dividends increase but so does the share price, thus the dividend yield remains in the 3-5% range. I don't think you would get an annual dividend of ~$25K on a ~$100K principal. Unless I'm missing something here.
would be higher if you did $1 a day instead of $365 per year cause you'd get slightly higher dividend payouts (assuming you get paid out weekly/monthly/quaterly)

$1 per day = $365, not $1,000 in your first year. That’s roughly 4-5 shares depending on the price.
There's only 250-252 trading days a year.

The very first time we tried, we invested $2000 and after a week, we received $9500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.

Using dividends from CLM, CRF, USOI, and YMAX to buy shares of SCHD
I only invest in schd for 10 years now
3700+ shares here. I agree completely
@@mikeyis009 we are very close shares amount.

Hey guys, I’ve been putting $10 a day in SCHD and QQQM. I am curious, any recommendations of the next ETF I should put my money into. I’m going to use the same $10 a day as well.
This is my plan:
$30 per day
SCHD 33% (Dividend) ETF
QQQM 33% (Growth) ETF
VOO 33% (Foundation) Core U.S. Large Cap ETF
MGK
Voo or DGRO, or reit like O or VICI

Yes, the dividends increase but so does the share price, thus the dividend yield remains in the 3-5% range.

The 7/1/24 dividend payment just yielded me ~2.5 shares of this great ETF! I now own 240 shares!

I was thinking maybe JK or some sort of high yield dividend ETF. I’d be grateful for your suggestions.
Damn I wish I was in a 7 digit invested lol
Sorry, I meant JEPQ
Oh yeah. I have this in a ROTH IRA. So it’s tax free!
You and me too! That’s why I keep my reits and my ETFs in my Roth IRA!
what broker are you guys using that allows you to buy fractional shares
Fidelity lets you do fractional shares on everything, Schwab lets you do fractions on anything in s&p 500. Use fidelity imo
When will this guy understand that this is incorrect information. You will never make $34k on dividends from $134k in schd
