      I dont dislike much. But I did dislike this. The reason is the studio sucks. It's great for a kids bedroom pretending to be In space. But this is not an EPIC studio. It's an epic star wars themed room with a very minor studio. 1 screen? I have 4 . Were are the synths were are the racks?
      Again not hating, as my studio is way way way better than this, FOR MUSIC PRODUCTION. I have all kinds of color lighting and my PC lights up but thats it. 8 guitars, amps, korg minilouge, korg wave state, great controllers, and just a ton more. Again I lm a space nerd, so I love the room as a special themed room, but not for music production.

    Beautiful studio, however the ambient voice sound from the camera seems to reveal a lot of Sonic reflections during the interview in the control room. Secondly, my friend has a 32 channel 80 series Neve console in his home studio which I find quite a bit more epic than a sand box on the roof. My other friend just had a brand new 32 channel automated API Legacy board installed into his studio which is also more epic than a Grace monitor controller.

I will make music watching sunsets and will be working all night until the sun rises in the horizon. And will have a cupule glass ceiling, with an astrological observatory, to see the real stars at night...with a giant telescope to explore the planets and the universe to get some inspiration and fun during my breaks. Great music producers and audio engineers don't want to have a "smiley" in the frequency response of their studio monitor system to make the music sound exciting - they rather want a truthful response of the sound with a flat frequency response to create a mix that sounds exciting on their own system - like on every other system.
    Nevertheless the studio seems to be pretty creative and atmospheric.
    But somehow, I don't really like those larger studios where no natural (sun)light gets into the room.
    Got a much smaller home studio in my cozy living room - but with a much brighter studio environment (with kinda mediterranean colours), with large windows with which you can enjoy large amounts of sunlight and fresh air and with a little forest and living nature outside. ))
    And...
    I'm always close to the balcony to get a creative nap in the sunlight - and to the kitchen with a nice sashimi plate in the fridge.

    • @vrwrk
      @vrwrk 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Master Mi maybe I explained myself wrong. The frequency response of the whole room is flat (max 3dB deviation). From 23Hz untill 25kHz. Which is something you actually won’t find anywhere else. For me as a dance producer it’s important to feel the impact of the lowend. So the whole range from 23Hz to 100Hz is boosted 5dB. Compared to 95% of the other setups that would still be considered flat. The high end isn’t boosted more than 3dB either. The important thing is that you don’t have any dips in your frequency spectrum. That’s what you want.

    • @Master.Mi.777
      @Master.Mi.777 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@vrwrk No, I guess you explained yourself correctly and I've totally understood it this way.
      But if you already achieved a nearly flat frequency room response with max 3 dB deviation, I would radically keep it that way and leave the acoustic settings of your speakers as they are.
      So, if you think that your current soundtrack would really sound better with your mentioned bass and treble boost, then just create an own EQ VST plugin preset with these boostings and use this on your master track to have that listening experience (pretty useful if you want to hear the difference within a second by switching this EQ setting on/off).
      And if you want to keep this boosted listening experience the final version of your soundtrack, you can easily export your soundtrack with this activated Master EQ VST plugin.
      But I'd never touch the speaker settings for this, if you have a quite flat frequency room response and you are already blessed with some kind of a truthful listening experience.
