Instead of mobile invisibility he temporarily makes himself intangible and invisible on the spot. Like being able to hide in the surroundings and people passing by without noticing. He can disguise and pass through enemies, coming from his skilled deception of social skills. But hitting someone makes his disguise stutter or has an effect that becomes more obvious the longer he's near someone. Focusing on quickly passing by and crippling pursuers rather than Spy's slow and meticulous infiltration.

Given the heavens scout and sniper go to are somewhat personalised, and the administrator is punished to being trapped in the observation room (except every camera is pointed at you, and only you), it could’ve his own personal hell, punished for his materialisticness and greed, by being left with nothing. And probably put in the same hell as Redmond, given Tom Jones was in the same heaven Scout was, until the angels had him killed, on order of God.

Redmond and Blutarch believe it powers the worlds steam engines and by controlling those pits they will be able to build better technology, but inconviniently they were so stupid they didnt know that gravel doesnt power anything and that coal powered the worlds engines but now gasoline controls it, if you watch blood brothers you'll see when Gray Mann mentions Gasoline, Redmond mishears him and thinks he said Graveline which is basically liquid gravel, so he decided to build a machine to turn gravel into coal which will power the brothers' pregnancy machine, but sadly after dying temporarily gray mann ensured he stayed dead, same for blutarch, so yeah gravel is now useless in this modern age and now only Gasoline,Electricity and Solar Power is what fuels our machines and there you go

Sort of, vibranium is more of a hyper-durable armour material like no other. Australium is like a supersteroid for your everything (brain, body, maybe even soul), and also a fuel like no other. End result is that they’re incredibly sought after due to their capabilities though
