A small correction on the OCG name of Frightfur. It's "des-toy", as in, a combination of "destroy" and "toy". So the TCG kept the spirit of the pun with their change, even if it didn't really need to change, since the pun was already in English. Kinda like how "Entermate" (a combination of "entertainer" and "mate") became "Performapal" in the TCG.

I also ran into that 1 Zoodiac dude, and some Kashtiras? Synchros had the King Calamity lock. Synchros had Junk Speeder Turbo. Synchros had Blackwing unkillable Armor Master. Synchros had tax dragon mayhem (Black Winged Assault Dragon x3 on turn one is my go-to combo with blackwings, so I can burn for 2100 for every monster effect activation on my opponent's side. If I had a good way to also give them Beelze, that'd be game right there. Synchros had it the best durng that event, no wonder they won. I also used synchros until I got 1500 points with them for the title, than fusions for the rest, but synchros were just so much easier to play there.
