And according to Land Capability Classification of India lands are classified bthe y suitability of various kinds of soil for economic uses, mainly agriculture. The soils of class 2 or warg 2 land can be cultivated with easily applied practices, and a majority of crops can be grown. They are, however, subject to moderate risk of damage.

Sir, i hv one question pls reply ..sir, i m going to buy a farm land near sector 135 noida about 400 farm houses are already developed there but accordingly noida master plan 2031..this land area is in Yamuna river development area..but its not in under authority of noida ryt now. Farmers are selling this land as a free hold property to a group and group is selling same land as farm land to us..!!
