I am so glad I found your channel, I stitch on everything but find Aida to be my comfort stitching. I am not gonna lie, I’m feeling I touch of jealousy over your son in laws bear quilt😁 can’t wait to see it finished.
Glad you were safe in the storm and didn't have too much water damage to your house! I had someone from my locla needlework shop tell me that she likened buying patterns to buying books, she liked to look through them and imagine as she would reading a regular book!
My husband asked me if I would like to go to Estes Park this fall. I told him I would as long as we could go to Loveland. 😂 You snapped up some amazing haul! Several people have good Mill Hill videos. Helen D has one. They aren’t hard and are so cute on the tree.
Loved watching your haul. Would love to start along with you…bible study sounds interesting too. I am a middle school teacher and I am loving the vacation time…it passes very quickly.
You got caught in an awful storm. Glad that you got home safely. I also own And Heaven And Nature Sing. I don't have any of the supplies to start it, but might be willing to purchase them, if you want to start with me. I'm starting 24 in 24 and that would be a good start for it. Cindy
Oh my, I would have to think long and hard to try and do 24 in 24, that's a lot! I know I am leaning in the direction of at least kitting it up, it's been one of my favorites for years. Thanks for watching!!!
Sorry that you got caught in the storm. You do beautiful work and you can never have too many patterns.may God pour out blessings on you and your family
I just found you and I am so happy that I did. I love 16 and 18 count fabric and on occasion, I will do 20 count, so was happy to see that you do too. I have a retired teacher friend who lives in Fort Collins, she used to live here in CT, and I would love to fly out there to visit her and see Sherry at her store. Thank you for sharing all of your goodies, what a joy that was!
I just ran into your channel and saw all the great things you got while on vacation in Colorado and I stopped because I saw the chart by Reflets de Soie and I would like to start along with you.
New subscriber here! How come I have not seen you before?!?!?! But you are in my subscriptions now and I'm so glad! Enjoyed your video!! I got my eyes from my mom, yay : ) I use the magnifier light daily and am not sad about it. Great projects! Thank you for sharing!!! And I'd LOVE to study John with you in July! I'll be in Matthew for our school year, so John would be a great July study. Then I could do an OT book in August. Need to go back and listen to you last videos and find you on IG to hear about your studies.
I just found you and subscribed as I like the Aida also. Will not watch higher count stitchers. The minute I hear 28 count abs higher-I’m gone. I usually only do 14ct. Have done one on 18ct and it just about did me in!! It was Tiny Town Christmas. Was a gift. Hope she puts
Yay for Aida Stitchers! I enjoy all flosstubers but I especially love the Aida peeps. They have wonderful tips when it comes to changing patterns that call for one over one. It’s also amazing to see the difference in fabrics for Aida as well. So glad you subscribed!
Would love to join in your start a long, but I have to finish some first. I’m trying very hard to be good! lol. John study sounds great. My pastor is currently doing Matthew and I am really enjoying it. Have a great summer!! Ps. No enabling whatsoever. (Hahahahaha)😂
Oh you surely got caught in a storm alright! I remember going to Estes a few years ago when our son was at YWAM Denver. Beautiful place but wouldn’t want to visit often with long waiting times like that. I’m impressed with your stash! I’d never hope to be able to stitch that many but they’re lovely to look through and dream! 🐨👍
Hi Tara! Awesome haul! I am sorry about the weather and your basement. When you stitch on 18 count do you use 1 or 2 strands? I started American Sampler with 2 strands and do not like it! I think I am going to frog it out and start again.
I have learned that I really like 1 thread on my BBD Come into my Garden. My fabric is PTP and it's a little stiffer so the stitches seem to lay nicer. I hope you don't have a lot of frogging???
@@mudcreekstitcher I had most of the first page done. I just got new fabric. I will cut it out and use it for smalls. I am also doing Americana Blue on 18 count using 1 strand and I really like it.

Thank you! Honestly, have hardly done any quilting, life keeps messing up my hobbies! LOL!
Wow! That was a fun shopping trip! Glad you had fun. Sorry you came back to a mess. See you next time
Thank you! Shopping was still totally worth it!

Thank you and yes that's exactly how I felt pouring over the patterns. I can't wait to reorganize all my patterns so I can do it again!
Sounds like you had a wonderful vacation! Blessings!
We did! Thank u!😊

Our poor husbands! LOL. Encourage him with the fact there's a husband chair and corner with a restroom right next to him!
Hi Tara! Great haul!!!
Thanks Lori! May you have some of your own haul in the future??
Loved watching your haul. Would love to start along with you…bible study sounds interesting too. I am a middle school teacher and I am loving the vacation time…it passes very quickly.
Thank you and you are a saint for teaching middle schoolers! Enjoy the rest, before it's gone! Yes it's definitely going to be a start along LOL!

Glad you had fun shopping on vacation! That is the best kind of shopping ☺️.
It really is! Thanks!!

Welcome aboard! Awesome!! That makes a few of us! Definitely a Start ALong, but like Carol Saltbox Stitcher says, "Why not start all the things?" LOL!
Can you imagine the damage we could do in The Attic? I’m in SD but will make that 5 hr drive to meet you there. 😜
LOL! I would love to get to the Attic, someday....

Welcome!! I love that you are studying the Word! Every book of the Bible is perfect right when we need it, isn't it??

It up at Christmas time. She does not cross stitch, but my son knows how much work it is to do any cross stitch piece.

I totally get it on trying to finish something. That's why I'm like, just this one, just this one, no more starts....(we'll see how well this goes!)

It's still beautiful up there, just maybe don't go at the height of tourist season? I definitely have dreams! Coming true is another story LOL!
🐴🐴🐴
Love your pony and stitching girl!
I am also stitching Stacy Nash's spring pinkeep. I am stitching mine on 18ct affogato and I have about the same amount done as you do!
Nice! Maybe we can tie???
@@mudcreekstitcher I have a feeling you are gonna win this one!

I’m stitching the trees now, 2 stitched 6 more to go to be caught up. I don’t think it looks difficult to finish into a tree.
That's awesome you have done! Thanks for letting me know!
I'm a 14 count adia stitcher
Love Aida!!
