Looks sick!!! Red hubs black rims. I know you’re super busy. But I just bought a sick fresh built kx250f. Is there any chance you can tune the carb for me?? Please. Only reason the carb is off is it went to a bigger bore when built and stage 2 hot cams. But it has a bog at initial throttle. It’s leaned out. May need a pilot step up or the carb did sit for a while so maybe there’s some boogers in there I don’t have a heated garage to do it. Please.

Yeah honestly the older carbed 4 strokes seem to always have that bog on the initial crack of the throttle especially if you go from idle to wide open instantly…you wanna roll onto the throttle. its probably not the carb and just the way it is unfortunately thats thats why the new EFI bikes are so awesome they hardly ever bog. Tuning carbs on the older 4 stroke big bikes are so tricky if it was running good before and you did bigger bore and cam i would say try just dropping the clip to raise the needle up some that will give it more fuel across the board. That may help the bog, im not entirely sure tho, the older 4 strokes always sucked with having bog issues you should see the older Justin Barcia videos on the Geico Honda 250F and thats professionals that know how to tune carbs haha..
@@Jazsft thanks man and maybe but it would be a tighter fit. Would be cool if BBR made a mini u flow haha. Guys with the perimeter 50 frames run it in the middle facing the rear which isn’t so bad just makes it a lil harder to mess with the carb depending on what one you’re running
@ yeah im sure i could have someone print a mini uflow. I saw someone on PM2.0 making a copy of the Uflow the other day cuz he said they were to expensive to buy lol
@ ide say the price is reasonable for what you getting, they are the only ones that designed a air box like that and it works awesome. Definitely scoop one up. I bought mine pre owned for like 80 bucks with a good air filter and outerwears on it

@ exactly it definitely will and the BBR header is even small for the stock 190 but just fits the frame so well thats what made me wanna go that route, know what i mean…
@JesseK410 big header for big power, have u thought about the piranha 190 headers the have the megabomb shape idk what diameter they are but it'll look like a big bike with the fmf and that header
@ haha yeah unfortunately the pirinha headers are trash that “mega bomb” actually just has a normal pipe running through the middle there fake, its just for looks apparently cuz my friends split down the middle and thats how we saw inside it to see it was just for looks and they are smaller diameter than what i would run and cheap thin wall stainless pretty much same deal as the factory ssr 160 tx headers ive used in the past
@ is a PF2/PF3 more desirable cuz it has a beefier frame than newer models? The new ones just don’t look like they could take the abuse that these could lol
@@ogken818 its a SSR Motorsports “PF2” they also made a PF3 model witch came with the bigger wheels (12/14) but both have been discontinued sense 2005 so only way to get one would be pre owned
black rims black hubs red nipples. once the weather gets nicer i’ll pull mine out and ill finish designing up some new peg mounts, what are they made out of just steel? good to know they tip down if you find anymore SR hubs lmk, if i can find some for a decent price id rather have them then these built sm pros im buying once i get $1000 bucks lmao

I did just now actually lol. just couldn’t find the one at first that didn’t have the blue or red anodized tip. Do you know of the BBR gas lid fits the SSR tank?
@ no unfortunately the bbr cap doesn’t fit the ssr tank, part of the reason i got this bbr tank and also because i wanted to use the light speed carbon tank cover i have on it. The ssr tank is a little different, you can use the ebay cnc gas caps tho
