They've moved a lot of the editing tools behind a paywall now. The magic wand tool appears to be premium only. There's a cutout tool but it doesn't work like the one here, or at least I couldn't make it work. I was enjoying the tutorial but came to a screeching halt at that point. I suppose nothing good is ever free for long.
