Hi everyone. I'm not from America but was wondering regarding the player helmets and have questions. It looks like some of the helmets have stickers or something and then some have more than others. If someone could please ease my curiosity, I would be very grateful. 1. Is that stickers I am seeing mainly on the back of the helmets of the players? (I do see booth teams doing it) 2. Why would they do that and what does the stickers mean/represent? 3. Thank you for helping me understand things better!
@The Avrowolf thanks for the explanation and your time. Also saw not all schools have the stickers, guess it's the same like the NFL teams feels about the captain's badge. Only some still do it. (google had that answer at least hehe)

Bad calls or not. The refs didn't blow this game for OSU. They were up 16-0, and should have been more. They had Clemson down and couldn't finish them off. Clemson is obviously a fantastic team, but OSU had their chances and blew it.
How do you know what Ohio State couldn't have done? They got a sack and got the ball back. And then some dude in Birmingham said that sack was targeting. Which led to another ticky-tak call and the momentum went the other way. And then, Ohio State managed to create a TO and scored. Probably got the momentum back on their side. And 2 seconds later. That same dude in Birmingham changed it back in Clemson's favor. I wish people played sports and stop pretending as if emotions and mental changes aren't a part of sports.

This is just so funny some Elite defense Clemson has when both Ohio State and LSU ran up with so many yards over 600 for LSU to be exact so tell me what Elite defense Clemson had.
That elite Clemson defense forced to OSU kick 3 field goals IN THE redzone in the first half. Otherwise, OSU would of won that game off pure momentum. I believe LSU ran up 600 yards on everybody last season. I would say that was the best offense I've ever seen so....

Ice Warrior they aren’t the second best Ohio state is Clemson is fourth if they had played any good teams they would have gone 0-12 once Trevor is gone they will lose to Kansas just watch
This the was perfect example of how momentum works and also how refs rig the game. That Dobbins drop would have been ruled a TD if it were Clemson because they would have said he had possession when he crossed the goal line. That’s the problem with the rules not being crystal clear, gives wiggle room for the refs to manipulate. The “targeting” call might have been targeting according to the rules, but the refs can decide based on their own judgment as has been proven in the past. That was the softest ejection I’ve ever seen. Blatant rigging occurred starting when they called roughing the kicker. That was CLEARLY running into. They literally reviewed it and decided. Giving Clemson another chance and they score a TD. The scoop and score was clearly a TD, he took 5 steps with the ball before he was stripped, there’s no way you can watch that and decide that it wasn’t. After the game the head ref said that you can’t say it was a fumble if you watch it in real time. Um yes I can, and the ref standing 2 feet away from the play also decided it was a catch and fumble.
1. That clearly wasn’t a touchdown by dobbins he didn’t get full possesion and bobbled it as he fell 2. That was def targeting as he took his helmet into Trevor’s which is the clear definition of it 3. That was so clearly roughing the kicker they both flew into his landing space and basically tackled him 4. I agree it was a catch but Ohio state had many opportunities to win the game anyways that they choked
@@carterhickman I never said the dobbins one was a td, I said if it were Clemson they would have ruled it one based on what I said and the rules not being clear enough. Sure it was textbook targeting but the way the refs have ruled it in the past they didn’t have to call it targeting they could have just made it unsportsmanlike. Roughing the kicker is when you hit the plant leg, which didn’t happen, he fell down when his kicking leg was contacted resulting in his plant leg extending and touching the defender. Not roughing, learn the rules Yes. It was a td
When this game happened, I predicted that if Fields threw 2 INTs Ohio State would lose and guess what happened? it did. Mainly because everything would have to go wrong for them for that to happen (Fields threw more interceptions that night than in the whole rest of the season)

@@GibsonTheMan1OnTwitch Nah! Ohio State has won only 2 A.P. national championships in the last 52 years. Has a lot of catching up to do if they ever want to be recognized as a Dynasty by the NCAA. FSU & Nebraska were the last 2.
The refs hosed OSU in this game. It was blatant that the ncaa wanted to push for sunshine to be the winner
I look back an realize they did everything to make this game go in clemsons favor. The targeting call change the momentum of the game. Then the fumble 6 they called back makes you wonder coming from an Arkansas fan.
As an OSU fan... you now see why all of us complain about the refs killing all our momentum
@@PunkyBoyGWiz oh trust me it would have been much closer if OSU won that game.
It was targeting tho
@@evanhiatt5606refs wasn't the reason y'all lost. The Refs didn't kick 3 field goals inside the RedZone. The Refs weren't up 16-0 . The Refs didnt give up a 94 yard go ahead drive. And the refs didn't make Justin fields not be able to read the field properly throwing two terrible ints, yall did.

Let’s not pretend poor officiating doesn’t affect the outcome of sports.
One of the greatest games of all time
The rematch in the 2021 Sugar Bowl certainly was.
Ohio State was 3 times inside Clemson’s 10 yard line and got 3 field goals and they still are blaming the refs for their loss
They could've won that way, but they also got hosed by the refs more than once. Both thing are true. Not a fan of either team, btw.
I have a question i noticed on this game. I see 2 #1 on osu players. One is fields and a defensive player. There can be 2 players wearing the same number?
Yes
The Tigers will destroy the Tigers on Monday!

Geaux Tigers
@@isaccalderonsierra9789 i know, right? The game got intense when the Tigers scored that touchdown.
ETN and TLaw also went crazy
I'm not a fan of either team but I really do feel like Ohio State would have done better against LSU but still would have lost if they went to the national championship.
This should be a great rematch!
If the calls are right and Ohio stage capitalizes we should win most likely
oh_my_god_donnie bro nobody messing with that LSU tigers lol. But this coming season should be interesting! Justin fields has more experience now as a starter.
Who's here in 2021 after Ohio State won? :)
I'm an LSU fan and rewatching this game that was a terrible targeting call against Ohio st. Ohio st. Also that was a fumble. He caught the ball made a football play then fumbled. Ohio st. Had this one in the bag and let it slip away. I wanted to see LSU skull drag Joe's old team but we got clemson instead.
take every single way a team can lose a game (besides 'being Rutgers') and mix them into one. then you have this game
I am here 5 years later😮
Ohio St. got cheated out of that scoop and score though.
for real
Cry more Carmine.
@Carmine Dingle um... you good?
@Carmine Dingle where are u now???
@Carmine Dingle your wining lol
The J.K Dobbins runs at 2:08 and 2:33 made me think Ohio State was going to blow Clemson out
I honestly hate to keep talking about it..... but Ohio State to me was obviously the better the team. Almost much better. Clemsons experience and discipline really helped them win this game.
I remember this game 😂 well safe to say Ohio state had the last laugh
Not this day.
This is probably the worst refereed game ever. Multiple on multiple calls incorrect with slow motion cameras
2016 Michigan osu was horrible
Bring on the sky judge
Bama vs georgia national championship is the worst ever
Hi everyone. I'm not from America but was wondering regarding the player helmets and have questions. It looks like some of the helmets have stickers or something and then some have more than others. If someone could please ease my curiosity, I would be very grateful.
1. Is that stickers I am seeing mainly on the back of the helmets of the players? (I do see booth teams doing it)
I’m a Clemson fan and grad. The refs gave us that game. We were definitely not the better team that night.
We Definitely Were Though.Ohio State Didn’t Adapt To Their Situation.Great Teams Find Ways To Win Even When Calls Don’t Go Their Way.(Though I Think That Was Incomplete Pass.)
Epic Battle!! Epic game.
Big Dog doesn’t change the fact that if they convert on offense and finish then they win. They blew it regardless of what you think
@@A_Easley So, in other words: Ohio State had to play perfect AND play through horrible calls. Since they didn't. That's all on them. Lol
Go and watch the Alabama vs Ohio State game. No difference, except there were no refs involved. Heck, against Oregon. Ohio State had 4 TOs and STILL won by 22. Difference between those games and Clemson? Huh. Imagine that. Clemson scored 22 points from aided calls to extend their drives. All I will say. Enjoy your day!

Targeting, roughing the passer and ridiculous call back on the fumble return. It's a shame that bad officiating can change the outcome of a game so drastically.
OSU got out to a quick start but Clemson came back on a 22 point run and dominated

@@Burnout4748 the same Elite defense that JK Dobbins had over 200 yards rushing on oh okay and so what if LSU did that on everybody's Defense last year doesn't Clemson supposed to have the best defensive coordinator in football? I think not.
Three RZ failures and 2 turnovers by the Buckeyes proved to be the difference in the game.
I mean the rule states you have to catch the ball and make a football move which the Clemson receiver didnt do, but I mean come on, he took 5 steps
Honestly looking through this the only call i see as reasonably complaining for is the reversed fumble
The targeting call too
explodingcakemaster 81 no he used the crown of his helmet to initiate contact that is textbook targeting
it was a legit targeting it's more about the targeting rule itself than the call
BRUHssel Sprouts dude the QB braced for impact and went down you idiot
I’m a Clemson fan and a year later Ohio state beat us badly do y’all got your revenge but Clemson should have defiantly not won the game. The refs didn’t give Ohio state the fumble which was clearly a touchdown. It wasn’t a good win it was cheap. no team wanted to face LSU that season anyways.
I'm a Michigan man and you could tell that the refs decided to screw Ohio State over... So many bull crap calls

#24 wasn't targeting. Wouldve been OSU ball and massive momentum sway osu way.
The receiver took 3 steps and they even REVIEWED it and still said it wasnt a fumble...
That being said...if you can't score touchdowns and keep kicking field goals on the 5 yard line, you deserve to lose
It took the refs giving literally every big call in Clemson’s favor for this to still be a very close game.. and think about what that does the mental state of these young kids when they realize they’re not just playing a very tough team, they’re also playing the zebras.

8:58 How was that not a fumble? And I'm not even an Ohio State fan.
1. That clearly wasn’t a touchdown by dobbins he didn’t get full possesion and bobbled it as he fell
2. That was def targeting as he took his helmet into Trevor’s which is the clear definition of it
3. That was so clearly roughing the kicker they both flew into his landing space and basically tackled him
Not roughing, learn the rules
Yes. It was a td
When this game happened, I predicted that if Fields threw 2 INTs Ohio State would lose and guess what happened? it did. Mainly because everything would have to go wrong for them for that to happen (Fields threw more interceptions that night than in the whole rest of the season)
