    Hi Jonathan!
    I found your channel a month ago and I think it's awesome, thanks for putting this together.
    In this video you say: "of course you are charging 100% upfront .... right?"
    My question is: How do I do that without getting too many complaints ? so far I've charged 50% upfront and 50% when the job is done.

    I think "Acceptance Criteria" is the keyword
    Once you have a detailed list of them signed by the customer then you can work comfortably knowing what you should meet to eat the meat 😏
