You've mentioned the proposals in a general sense in your email list a few times - this is the perfect amount of detail - thanks Jonathan!

Hey Jonathan, I find this type of proposal really helpful. I used to write proposals another way but right now I am trying this type. I have one big question though.
Where do you say how long it will take for you to deliver the final product? Clients always ask "how long will it take?". Do you write this anywhere? Also, do you give a quote or an estimation on time for deliverables?
I will send the proposal to my client in a while, so probably I will hear from you the next day, but that's ok. Let me know where would you put the time factor and I'll tell you where I included it in my proposal.

    Notes:
A general proposal includes 3 options with incremental services and ascending prices (eg. option 3 will include option 1 and 2).
    Include below for each options:
    -description of services and deliverables
-explain the business benefit (in bullet-points)
    -the project route
Also include these in the proposal:
    -risk and assumptions
-why me section (how you are different and better)
-pricing terms and conditions (point out the price is a quote. list the price here so the buyer is forced to read through the whole proposal.)
    -possible guarantee
    -methods to pay
    -proposal expiration date
    Remember:
-explain the service and benefits clearly as if the viewer are non-professional + have never met you + don't know the buyer's specific goals
-focus on the benefit, NOT how much work you would put in/ how hard it is
