grrreat stuff many thanks for putting this together - nice to see how your setup example works and interesting to hear your approach regards higher iso despite having studio flashes. As a speedlite guy im often around 200 iso but dont go much high as my oldish canon 700d isnt too great at higher iso too much noise/grain and lack of detail - would love to upgrade but budget doesnt allow so still roughing it for now!

That iso change was all down to the optical snoot, they eat light.. especially when you gel them.
