It's sad that both Salva Kiir and Riek Machar will probably never pay for their crimes. One thinks he's a cowboy, the other is a tribalist sell out. I have wanted South Sudan to prosper long before they separated from Sudan but these two should pay for their tremendous failures as leaders.
