90s was the real girl power, before the Spice Girls. Lots of women in rock bands, universally liked, great talent. Look at the crowd pulsating, that's how everyone used to enjoy music of this age. Crowd just carried each other as one.
Noticed that too-used to gig with a singer who really had some serious tambourine skills and I've always been impressed with singers who can pull that off.
I just fell into this video. Wow!! The energy. She has a beautiful voice and she's beautiful. Republica Is my favorite band right now again. I saw the video for the same song from the Reading festival the other day and she was great but the energy from the crowd and the band was much more. Great video if you need a pick me up. Republica, Scotland . Drop dead gorgeous.

So happy to see this. I'm forever in love with Saffron's staggering beauty, and she puts on a great performance as usual. Totally slays on the vocals. The quality is fantastic, too. That guitary-sounding keyboard kinda dragged things down a bit with it's constant, repetitive chord. The actual guitars needed to be higher in the mix, but nonetheless, this is fabulous! Thank you so much for posting. :)

I listen to this one on my walkmen when I was a young soldier in Serbia 98-99 on my night duty in the car park, guarding the tanks so that no one would break into the barracks and steal them. :-) Amazing song!

Yeah, Saffron is rather incredible--really commanded the stage like she does and sings with all of those nuances and is totally in tune! Very tight and powerful band indeed.
