Brandon hit the nail on the head when he said our community lacks the knowledge on how to get started. It's never that we as a people are lazy. Nothing was put in our communities that would make that type of information accessible. I love, love, love seeing us winning. And sharing knowledge and information. Now is the time, y'all. @@lonewulfinthecut2But going to the Library DOES NOT help if you DON'T KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR!!!! You need to have those who have successfully accomplished something, SPEAK about how they got there, direct others to where to reach out. Like he said, there's a list of black mayors, now you can hit the phone with some direction. Then go to the library and scale your knowledge on what you desire to do.

@@lonewulfinthecut2 I'm a Doctor I can read. That's an ignorant statement. For example. If you're from The HOOD in Chicago and the first time you went into the city and saw lake Michigan and asked if that's the Ocean. You don't go to the LIBRARY more than LIKELY. But it doesn't mean you don't want to be better, that you don't want to attend college. But Looking around at your Environment, who is there to tell you HOW to get where you want to be? I've been in the library and had a man ask me How to find a book, he had no idea what the Dewey Decimal System was. How to Find what book in what Isle.
The point is people need to see success to even guide them to know EXACTLY what they want. People like myself are mentors and speak about how we got to where we are. Network, educate in real time. It does more than reading a BOOK. It's putting it into practice and knowing the right people to ask for help is the key to success.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

One strategy for protecting against a recession is to buy equities. Investors, especially during a recession, need to know where and how to put money in order to make money while avoiding inflation.

Instead of trying to predict and prognosticate the stability of the market and precisely when the change is going to happen, a better strategy is simply having a portfolio that’s well prepared for any eventually, that’s how some folks' been averaging 150K every 7week these past 4months according to Bloomberg.

The fix to the housing disparity is building smaller units, Period! These bogus houses are completely unnecessary and will never do it! I guess we will wait for ELON Musk to get to it when he is done with all other things! That will be a shame though. But solving the housing disparity is going to take a revolutionary, someone who thinks outside the box and knows how to get things done!
