Truly amazing video, I have tried to learn this intro since I started playing guitar about 3 years ago, but when I looked at the tab I always gave up after 20 minutes, now I have learned it to perfection in 30 minutes, thank you very much Justin Now of to part 2
Hey Justin, I just wanna say thanks! U are of very few people on TH-cam that makes guitar tutorials not only saying the name of the string, but the NUMBER as well, which comes in handy for noobs like me 😂 As small as it may be, it makes it a whole lot easier!!👍
Such a good feeling to slowly progressing with this song and see more and more perfection in my playing with every single day practicing it. Thank you, Justin!
Jusitn, I'm getting back into playing and also grew some nails and am learning to finger pick. This video is extremely helpful to me and I prefer your lessons to all the others that are on the net. Thank you sincerely.
i've been watching Justin for about 3-4 years, and i would have never gotten to where i am now guitar-wise if it weren't for Justin Sandercoe, best guitar lessons and guitar teacher i know of, so naturally this video is great too ;P
justin, you're simply the best! i never learned how to play the guitar eventhough i got one - then found your amazing lessons and now i can even play this! thank you so much!
Not all who aspire to teach have the gift, but you do. I really enjoy your work, and the best thing that a teacher can pass along is the will to succeed and keeping at it. I get so frunstrated I am ready to turn my guitar into kindeling. but by watching your effortless talent, it really keeps me plugging away, and I am much improved because of it. Your tutorial on the Pink Floyd song Wish You Were Here is my current project on acoustic, and this is my electric guitar song. Cheers!
U Know Thanx To You And Marty I Started Playing Guitar 6 Months Ago And Now I Play Electric Nd Sweet Child O mine Feels So Easily THNX to U 2 BST TEACHRS EVER !!!
Thank you mate it's very unusual for a great guitarist to also be a great instructor and you are.Amazing talent I was a heavy Beatles fan as a young ladd
justinnnnn i love you really. you are the best on youtube. but you need to add tabs on all videos. Because my english not good. i need to look the tabs. Sorry for that comment. İ am from Turkey. :(
At 3:00 it is a slide. I just listened to the video at 50% speed and it is very obvious sounding. Not trying to nit pick but it does sound better to me with the slides. :) Anyways, great tutorials! Thanks for going through the whole song! Love your lessons.
Justin ya funk lessons were too good... I'm a guy into rock metal country pop but indeed ya chord changings were too inspirational...... congratulations
It was about time you did this great song! I've already mastered this song to the full 100 % but if I had your lessons I would have mastered it way earlier. It's a great tune, lot's of variety and the solo is even good to do for beginners who want to learn an awesome solo.
everytime i look at one of your lessons i always say fuck it and dont watch them...i go and learn something by ear cause thats what you always say..and i just spent 4 hours tabbing and learning the soul to squeeze solo live in poland and its cause of you man thank you..You're my boy blue !!
hey justin i'm ur big fan from india...i learned to play layla frm ur video and am now mesmerising audiences through that...thanks for ur contribution to music and instructing... kudos!!!!!!!
I was looking for lesson of this song and when I realised that there is your lesson I was really happy because I learned sultans of swing by your lesson, thanks man and keep doing good work !
awsome kind dude, i can see/hear light and love in his soft fingers. thx for teaching, now i will pick one of my 2 gitars from the wall, so this eavening is saved agains lonely/empty & sadnes
Great job, Justin! :) Although, I'm pretty sure the 07:53 part sounds better when you start with the lower E and pull E and B at the same time for the last sound. It's closer to the record, I think. Cheers!
Good lesson bro..thanks .it helps me for the NEM intro.. 3 video that I already watch still make me stuck , but this video make me success. Thanks again .
I love your videos but I have to say that I'm very lost with this one as you're not showing your right hand and I get confused trying to follow your verbal directions.
Awesome video like usually Justin. At 3.08 when u r wandering if it is a 7 hammer on 8 and then slide to 5 the official tab that i bought indeed says a slide, however ur way sounds more like the record :)
Hi Justin, I am a big fan of you an learned to play the first cords with your course. Thanks a lot for that! Now I want to play some songs and especially practice string picking and rythm and singing. I really would apreciate if you could do a tutorial of the acoustic version of Let me be myself by 3 doors down. I couldn't find a good guitar lesson out there, so if you could do one it would be awesome! Please let me know...
Thanks for sharing! Very accurate. Friendly criticism (with hesitation as you're a top bloke who never expects anything in return): The lesson could be easier to follow if you explained first and then demonstrated. It feels frustrating to concentrate because I need to hear each section in context to what your saying. Sometimes playing (slowly) through the parts without talking helps in picking it up quicker. I can't articulate what I mean exactly and I know I sound ungrateful. I'm really not! You do an amazing job :-)
Hey Justin. Great video lesson - this and also 2nd and 3rd Part, thanks for it. I just start playing the E-Guitar some weeks ago and I promised, this would be the first song I'll learn...! I have a question for the section after the harmonics: the first you play and say following the harmonics is an E minor chord, playing it a little bit like a bar chord. Is it a full bar at the 7th fret or do you only have your finger on the 5th string and the 1st string in the 7th fret?
Hi. Thanks for this. If you find the time would you please mind just responding to this comment and layman's terms just explaining where to put fingers for e minor chord at 8.00mins in this video. Can't get the right notes!
Makes you realize how great of a musician it took to come up with this song in the first place
Tried just the first few bars of this with two other youtube teachers and this is the only time i can actually get it. five stars to you, sir
Truly amazing video, I have tried to learn this intro since I started playing guitar about 3 years ago, but when I looked at the tab I always gave up after 20 minutes, now I have learned it to perfection in 30 minutes, thank you very much Justin

Best "nothing else matters" tutorial i have ever seen! Thank you!!!!
What I like about your tutorial compared with others are the parts where you count the beats which makes it much easier to learn.
JUSTIN THANK YOU, THIS IS THE FIRST SONG I EVER WANTED TO PLAY, THIS IS THE DREM OF MY LIFE, YOU ARE MY HERO!
Jusitn, I'm getting back into playing and also grew some nails and am learning to finger pick. This video is extremely helpful to me and I prefer your lessons to all the others that are on the net. Thank you sincerely.

Justin , one of the originals to TH-cam still awesome! Thank for all the lessons.

everytime i look at one of your lessons i always say fuck it and dont watch them...i go and learn something by ear cause thats what you always say..and i just spent 4 hours tabbing and learning the soul to squeeze solo live in poland and its cause of you man thank you..You're my boy blue !!

A very melancholy tune....love this.
Great job, Justin! :) Although, I'm pretty sure the 07:53 part sounds better when you start with the lower E and pull E and B at the same time for the last sound. It's closer to the record, I think. Cheers!
