No Rest for The Wicked - 'Reaching Nail' Rapier (42 DEX) Blueprint Crafted & Tested

Testing out the 42 DEX Rapier weapon in the game No Rest for the Wicked. Completely upgraded and with 4 gems and see how good it's built-in 'Shock Strike' rune skill is in Crucible and against Echo Knight boss fight.
NOTE: I think a shield might be a great companion to the Rapier weapon, but I need to do more build tests with it. But some synergies with parry (for a change) might work very well.
This is a pre-build testing to see whether I would go and create a complete powerful build with it.
