I have a seronegative celiac disease.
My endoscopy showed the worse atrophy.
At that time my tsh was at 5,2 with no tpo antibodies.
Are Tpo antibodies connected with t b cell ?

In the province of Saskatchewan our provincial lab refuses to run a full thyroid panel as long as ones TsH is normal. I’ve been denied three times last year. I would rather live in the US and pay to have tests done. My TG antibodies are 1332 and my TSH is normal. Can’t get into a specialist for 18 months. What am I to do in the meantime? My neck hurts within the last three months and I live with other chronic pain for years now. Also on a wait list to see a rheumatologist for osteoporosis. I am 46 and have a pretty crappy quality of life for someone my age

I’ve recently had a general lab panel with thyroid peroxidase being 85 IU/mI use my local spring water and use one dropper full of iodine in each gallon and a half container to prevent bacteria from growing in the spring water. Could that small amount of iodine be causing a thyroid response, and thyroid peroxidase to be elevated?

Hello Dr. Allan very informative video.
My TSH levels are always slightly over the range sometimes reaching 6.49 mlU/L.
    Anti TPO antibodies 46 U/ml
Are these significant or do they mean nothing as my doctor says.
I feel absolutely terrible with neurological problems including difficulty talking and debilitating weakness and dizziness.
