Spot on. I was in an abusive marriage for 30 years to an alcoholic. I never even knew about gaslighting until after I got out of it. He constantly tried to twist reality.

I apologise for the abusiveness in your marriage, l hope you’ve or are already recovering.
I’m not sure if I was gaslighted but I was at work and l didn’t talk much for a short period of time, then someone disrespected me and l stood up for myself; afterwards l felt like people or a certain someone started asking too many questions about my life and l answered too much about things. I’m not sure if that’s gaslighting but now people know, I didn’t want people knowing.. people always treat me poorly, and I’m getting sick and tired of it.

I wish this information was more well known. I'm currently branching off more into this area of research I'm a bit of a psych nerd. I like the fact you mention usually intentionally. It's hard for me to believe it's always intentional...& more crazy making to believe it is.🤦‍♀️ The struggle is real

Cool video! But I feel like it could be improved if you cut out some of the pauses, lip smacks, and uh/ums. Some of the videos used also didn't fit what was being said.
    Still, liked the format!

Your video would have been much better with just a blank screen instead of all the mental images flashed before the listener's eyes.
