Today I chatted with Heather Darsie about Anna, Duchess of Cleves.

Heather Darsie is the author of 'Anna, Duchess of Cleves: The King's Beloved Sister'.
In her extremely well researched book, Heather examines all we think we know about the relationship and marriage of Henry VIII and Anna of Cleves, and demonstrates that the political tensions across Europe led to the marriage not being what it appears to us now.
Heather shows Anna as the clever and instinctive lady we've sometimes been led to ignore. Pragmatic, sensible and true at heart (with a touch of sass!), England missed out on a wonderful Queen Consort when Anna and Henry's marriage was annulled. There's so much more to her and I hope you enjoy learning about her as much as I did.

I’m curious to know where she is getting her masters degree? As an American I can’t find an online history program in European or British history.
