I never cared for Anne back then and now as an adult re-watching confirms why. She really was a poor me, want all of the attention kind of girl. Always talking about principals and being a tease. Would play on guys sympathies. Couldn't understand why so many men fell into it unless of course it was a mission to be the first one to tap that.
I loved Annie Logan! What Heather did to her was terrible! (Writing her name in the dead girl’s blood!) Whatever happened to Anne anyway? This was a different era where the stories seemed like a soothing lullaby to me. I think it was the background music. I know Heather’s son grew up and died. I’d love to see Heather return. She is quite the town psycho! I loved how in later years she actually scared Luke. ☺️
@@hotgritz4sho I loved Anne too. She was so beautiful. I loved her with Jeff. Unfortunately, Jeff had to leave town with his son (I guess to get away from Heather) and then he met someone else and broke Anne's heart. Then eventually Anne left town with Jeremy. I forgot why.
There was something about the actress that made her unlikable. She doesn't have the right vibe for the whole virginal thing or for her personality altogether. Idk... something was just wrong with her being cast as Anne Logan imo. I think Anne could have been a more interesting character and the actress who played her could have been cast perhaps as a villain which could have been a lot of fun (Susan Pratt). I feel as if she was miscast. Can't say the same about Heather LOLOL... this version of Heather is PERFECTION.
Actually although she could sometimes be obtuse, Amy wasn't dumb but she really liked being in the eye of the hurricane and definitely stirring things up mainly to get attention. She really wasn't at all mean spirited but she did cause quite a bit of trouble with gossip
@@ml1954 She was mean spirited a bit imo...she enjoyed the misfortunes of others. That's the part that makes her foot in mouth syndrome a bit hard to believe...
Awesome period for this soap opera.
I totally agree. There's no backbone. There's nothing there to appreciate.

Very pretty though.

I agree that she was always upset about something

Now Anne's jealous of Joe & Bobbie, figures
2:38 He kind of resembles Emilio Estevez here
I'm new to watching the older episodes of the show. Was Amy really that dim or did she deliberately try to stir things up?

Both.
