- One of the most important travel techniques I've learnt over the past few years is the art of packing lightly! In this video, I’ll break down the best way to pack for carry on only luggage, including the type of bag you should choose, what you should pack, and the packing method I use to ensure I can fit my most essential things into the smallest space possible.
Not only will you likely save money by travelling with hand luggage only, but you'll have a clear idea of the outfits to wear during each day of your vacation, and not have to carry around too much luggage every time you change accommodation.

Very good... thanks! But the biggest issue now is not bag size.. it's weight! Most airlines now have weight restrictions for carry on.. some as low as 7kg! I have a great bag that is the correct size but I can only usually half fill it now in order to keep it under the allowed weight!

I noticed a lot the clothes you’re packing in the video are wrinkly. Any tips on how to deal with that once you get to your destination?
Downy wrinkle release works amazingly well. It comes in a small travel size spray bottle.
They look really wrinkly but in reality I only wear clothes that are stretchy/ look non-wrinkled when wearing them- especially tight fitting tees. If I were to pack a silk dress or something like that for a Wedding/ event, I usually iron it, then use the rolling method (I find rolling makes fewer creases than folding) and then find a steamer/ iron at my accommodation. I also find that taking my clothes immediately out of my bag upon arrival and hanging them overnight really helps too.
