The car has run 11.89 on the factory Nexen 275/40R20 drag radials, but they're simply not as consistent with those short sidewalls so I don't run 'em on the track anymore. My car's full weight with full interior: I went to MIR the next day and it scaled 4420 w/ my 215 lbs in the driver's seat. Suppose I can yank the passenger & rear seats and throw in a lightweight battery to drop another 100+ lbs before April 14th. I've got a fresh set of ET Street Rs that could replace my 2-year old ET Street S/S. Oh, I cut a .025 light on that pass against the Mustang, FWIW. It was fun, regardless :)

I’d look for a awd pursuit charger and swap the awd into the R/T. Also, fiberglass doors, trunk and hood would probably help out too. And a wrap to keep it all stealth
The talk is part of the experience this is a cool video I like how he's scooping up the different drivers for the big event. When everything is all said and done all these videos should be put together to make one movie length experience
TBH on that first run, the 1320 did have a half second faster start on the mustang who was sleeping a bit at the light. probably wouldve been almost an even race if stang had better reaction time. that 1320 won fair and square off better driver performance though so stang shouldnt be making excuses and shouldve just accepted that he slept on the light.
OK so I think my opinion counts here! I had a 16 scat pack challenger and although the torque in the car was ridiculous for how heavy the car was it never seemed overall balanced! Switched to a 17 gt 5.0 and the handeling and braking was night and day! So glad I went with the mustang!
Except ford build quality is shit. You'll see . The Challenger rides way better. Especially on a long haul. Ford sucks on pretty much everything probably why their going broke again.

Most people who actually daily Challengers aren't complaining about the extra weight. They're by far the most comfortable and actually have enough space for people to fit in the back seat.
That Stang is modern-day tech straight from Ford and still lost to a Challenger that came out in 2019. Upgraded exhaust will add a few horsepower as well. Should be 0 excuses.
I think we can both agree that those M/T on that scat shaved off 4/10th off his time. I had a 92’ fox LX that run 9.0’s in the 8th. I bought the nitro drag radials when they first came out and ran consistent 8.50’s. Just a drag radial shaved a half second off my e.t.
They did those 1320s justice and 11.75 isn't bad for a stock Scat. But I believe they are pretty darn rare. That Scat got a pretty good jump out on the Mustang but still a good race.

He's funny😂 1320 aka (NA) Demon, Basically its designed for what Dodge is known for (Drag Racing) Muscle Car, Overall I will admit as a Dodge guy, You can get more out the 5.0 by small modding increments than the Dodge, the biggest drawback of the Dodge is the weight nothing more, You can set the Dodge up Trans Am style road racing and it will perform very good on a road course, the ford however is a good platform with FORD engine architecture coming out on top because of the DOHC Configuration, Basically a Nissan with 2 extra cylinders because Nissan has been doing DOHC V6 this for years thus why they have a higher rev ceiling than say a 5.7 or 6.4 HEMI , Most DOHC V6 or V8s will be more power efficient than any single OHV V6 or V8 More Cams doesn't have to work as hard as a single Camshaft, just a honest fact😊😊😊

Na na na, 1320 IS bone stock with drag radials, it also has a trans brake bone stock, it also has demon springs and the demon drag mode for suspension, demon axles.... It also comes with NHRA 1yr membership...AND the last 2 most important things... That 1320 was IS WARRANTY at the drag strip NO other car is but a demon, I ordered one the day orders way available...Beat the snot out or it at the track and it's just fine if she blows or the trans go full warranty.... It also...drum roll can be tuned..... It's a very cool ass car worth imho a lot of money 25yrs from now, less of them by far sold than hellcats...and certainly mustangs...... Most importantly can be tuned..... 24 stand more molded than it is already will be faster.....cause weight and drag but 1320 is still awesome and actually usable huge trunk

Na na na, 1320 IS bone stock with drag radials, it also has a trans brake bone stock, it also has demon springs and the demon drag mode for suspension, demon axles....
It also comes with NHRA 1yr membership...AND the last 2 most important things...
That 1320 was IS WARRANTY at the drag strip NO other car is but a demon, I ordered one the day orders way available...Beat the snot out or it at the track and it's just fine if she blows or the trans go full warranty....
It also...drum roll can be tuned.....
It's a very cool ass car worth imho a lot of money 25yrs from now, less of them by far sold than hellcats...and certainly mustangs......
Most importantly can be tuned.....
24 stand more molded than it is already will be faster.....cause weight and drag but 1320 is still awesome and actually usable huge trunk
