Today I will show you one of my favorite apple treats: The Apple Almond Cake. This is a deliciously moist, flavorful, and delicate cake, perfect for the fall season. Love this! Almond flour is literal perfection, especially in apple cakes. As always, another simple yet delicious recipe! I live in nyc and will be visiting my mom in Maine soon, I’ll have to take advantage of the apple season and make this for us!

Definitely one of favorite desserts you have shared so far. Are those MacIntosh apples you used in the recipe? Those are my favorite apples that you can only get in autumn season….

Great question! You can use whatever apple you prefer! I used McIntosh apples in this recipe.
