I'm bragging about your spend to my hubby. We are hoping to do this at some stage but we only have a car not a 4x4 so our camping will probably cost more. Thanks for the info though, just having a rough budget makes it very realistic and achievable. Have enjoyed watching your adventure and listening to your advice along the way. Great job.
We did! We used hipcamp and wikicamps. Wikicamps has a one off $7 fee and then you can use it as much as you like. And it was EXCELLENT for free camps.
Hey Matt, the RV5 plus did so well on our trip. We did a dedicated video on it if you want to check that out. Let us know if you have any other questions

Bragging! How did we do? What did he say? 🤣
He thought that was awesome. Quick question. Did you use a camping app so you knew where the sites were, particularly dog friendly ones.

Just another question, what brand camp beds did you use?
We had an Oztent Gecko stretcher each. So that Mehrts could sleep in-between us on her stretcher bed also. Ask all the questions you like :)
He~ysuper .Alex!
Thanks for this great info. How do you your RV5 tent for traveling? Matt

Was it petrol or diesel you put in your car? 😝😝
Definately diesel! You've exposed our one and only flaw ;)
