Thx for the video. Can you please make a deep dive video about dairy products? In your book “it’s all in your mouth” the allowed dairy products are not mentioned. This differentiation is new for me. I have struggled many years with Akne & completely removed dairy products from my diet. Also I would add one thing to the 4 core items to be avoided => It’s the “alternatives” for that products => Gluten-free / vegan / sugar-free / etc. products => High processed food even if it’s in bio quality => I have made very bad experience with that when I tried them out for a while. Definitely not be recommended in my opinion.
Thanks, I don’t fully understand the last bit. Processed food even labeled as organic/gluten-free etx should be avoided in general. Raw dairy might be fine if you are tolerant and have enough bifidobacteria. Butter/ghee are always recommended in moderation (don’t smash down tons of butter)
Thanks for your feedback. But how to drink a bullet proof coffee w/o tons of butter 😉? The last part was more a lessons learned for me. High processed food which is sold in the bio-market with an organic-label on it is quite contradicting .. Nowadays even in the bio-market we have to select carefully ..
What is your opinion about fermented foods? I have the feeling, that they improve my digestion. If you ferment on your own you also have a lot of b-vitamines. I am just concered about the acid
Kann ich nach zwei Operationen an den Zähnen mit großen Zysten bestätigen. Vom Sauerstoffzelt vorher und Infusionen mit Vitamin c bis zur Vorbereitung mit gezielten Supplementen waren meine Maßnahmen vermutlich überdurchschnittlich aufwändig. Aber: ich fühlte mich super stabil, hatte keine Schmerzen und Schwellungen. Meine Familie wollte es gar nicht glauben, was sie sahen. Ich war mega erleichtert.

i am not a fan of bulletproof coffee or adding tons of butter/fats (unnecessary dense calories)…just eat stuff that nature provides.
Would be cool if you would also make videos about other aspects of health optimization like stress management and so on.
