    She is inspirational, without being annoyingly over-enthusiastic. This is an excellent workout! Basic, effective moves that work the body to exhaustion, without being too easy or too difficult.

    Well I woke this morning tired, stiff and feeling rough - not after a night out, just stressful time at the moment! Your workouts have been such a help. After 2 cups of tea and gently moving my body, I managed to do this great work out. Second group of kick boxing exercises were in slo mo but I made it through! Now off to relax in a hot bath ☺ Big thanks Jessica x

    Although you didn't proclaim it as such, I would consider this one of your 'sneaky' workouts. I was feeling kind of sluggish this morning and wasn't sure what kind of exercise I should do, so I picked this one at random. It was just right for me today. I sweated and my breathing and heart rate accelerated, but I didn't feel like I was struggling or wiped out. Thanks for all the variety you offer, Jessica!

    Last week was not my best performance, workout-wise, so I decided to repeat week 3 of SOS. So, week 3, day 1 re-completed! Last week, I missed workout days and I struggled with the ones I didn't miss. Hopefully, this week will be better. Already, I'm off to a better start today! Thanks for the inspiration, Jessica!

    Hi, recent fan here. Your workouts are great, they are aerobic without being overly strenuous. I exercised for years before I heard someone say practice holding your stomach in because when you lean over, it has nowhere to go, but out. That finally helped to flatten my stomach. TY for the videos.

    Week 2 Day 3 #SpringAhead done! I really love this fusion workout! I added Cardio Abs from the DVD and Core Makeover from the Shape Pink Power DVD. I'm seeing quite a bit of change in my core lately. It feels so much stronger and tighter and my back pains have totally disappeared. This stuff truly works!

    I have trouble keeping up with tempo on some of the kickboxing moves, but I just kept going at my own pace instead of getting discouraged. Love strength/toning that turns into cardio so you're getting cardio in unintentionally, and the ballet moves in this fit the bill quite nicely. Love it!

    Jessica, how are you doing? I decided to try the Kickboxing Ballet Body Sculpt exercise this morning. I think I am out of sync with the exercises which you or your group sent to me for the month of August. I, just recently got my laptop back. So, I am trying to catch up.
    Thank you for this workout. I had the thought in my mind for some reason during this exercise. I wouldn't sweat as much. Boy!!!! was I wrong. I truly enjoyed this exercise, and happy I was able to complete it.
    I wanted to know. Would you mind every now and then to have a few dance exercise videos through TH-cam. I am being honest their are some days I don't feel like exercising. I love to dance, and know that would be a good cardio workout. Especially, on the days I don't feel like exercising at all days!!!

    Love this one! I enjoy kickboxing workouts but sadly my hips and knees do not hold up to the high impact routines anymore. This is the perfect combo of cardio, kickboxing and sculpting without the high impact and makes me sweat! And I can feel it in my muscles the next day without being so sore that I can't move. Please keep them coming Jessica! and I LOVE barefoot exercise!!

    I am only at day 3 of this, and I still have to stop at some points (just go into walking) and I cannot get down on ground, so I sit'/lay on the couch, but this is the best/hardest I have done, and I am loving it. I think I sweat more then a foot ball player, but in the end, I feel GREAT!! Thank you for taking the time to make the video's

    LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! I have worked out with your kickboxing videos before, but this is the very first time I was able to get the jabs, uppercuts, kicks, etc, COORDINATED. May be because I'm just a little more experienced... but I really think it's mainly because my muscles were adequately warmed up AND because you took a good bit of time to explain the moves and the form. Thank you!

    at first I doubted that I would enjoy this workout because I felt to lazy to punch the air, But I decided can't loose anything.     Wow! What a fantastic workout! I started working from the Master Rotation Schedule this week, but I don't have all the DVDs (yet). Today's routine was supposed to focus on abs, so I decided to do this one as a substitute, and I really loved it! I hung in there all the way, only having to modify twice.     This workout was so much fun! I'm sweating so much, this is probably the most I've sweat since I took a kickboxing class in college. My goodness, this was so worth it. I'll be coming back to this one really soon!

    Thank you Jessica, for making this fun, effective workout! Just finished it; trying not to get sweat on the keyboard. Great no-impact workout that still gets the heart rate up, and your encouraging comments keep us going. I started out with 5-lb weights, but my arms were losing altitude, so I dropped down to 2-lbs midway through.

    I like this video alot. It's very diverse. I liked using weights and trying to keep my balance thru the moves. This is a video that I feel compelled to do repeatedly until I master every move.

I never get bored with so many choices, and I have no excuse to find something to do even on those days when I don't feel like doing much.     This new video inspired me to do a workout tonight. I absolutely love your kick boxing and barre workouts so this was perfect. My arms and shoulders are definitely feeling it now! Thank you Jessica and Peanut.

    loved loved loved this one! the inclusion of kickboxing with the ballet is amazing, and the weights really added an extra level of difficulty. will definitely be doing this one regularly! :)

    Talk about a sweaty mess, that was me! Great to combine ballet and kickboxing, I love this type of workout. I hope you do more, I just love all workouts that are ballet inspired.

    I really, really appreciated this workout today. I find that I start moving away from the screen as I'm doing moves like the front knee bend/opposite leg kick, but I am definitely feeling like I can hold my balance better after working out with you for the last few months. Thank you, Jessica!

    Loved this workout! No high intensity cardio was great but still was sweating as if I did a HIIT workout! The no shoes was an added bonus!! Looking forward to the rest of the week!

    Love this one! Anything ballet inspired is a favorite of mine. Though, I think you said "This is the last exercise" about four times! Haha!

    Thanks Jessica, this is one of my favorites! It's very challenging for me at the end, because my core has become weaker over the winter (I slacked a little too much), but it's also energizing and I feel awesome when I'm finished. I'm not a fan of repetitive moves, that's why I love all of your fusion workouts because they have great balance and never get boring. You're awesome!

    This was great! I was in the mood to do some kickboxing but I wanted to also do some barre exercises. This was the first video in my search and it was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you! The warm up was probably my favorite and the passe with the chest squeeze really burned! Thank you thank you thank you!!

    Wow. I did half of the workout then paused to go clean my kitchen and feed my toddler, came back and finished the other half. Even with a break this was a killer.
