You could see which beach you prefer in the winter? 2. Camp near some weird museum and visit the museum before / after camping? The pencil museum/ Cuckoo clock museum? true crime museum? Tour round a prison? 3. Camp in a "most haunted area"? There's loads of info online but you could find some info about ghost stories and see if you can see anything supernatural? 4. Camp somewhere near a nature reserve, get some binoculars and see what birds and wildlife you can see? You could even buy proper bird food and see if there are any hungry birds around? 5. Camp near somewhere that is asking for volunteers? Helping a charity dig a garden? Helping a charity do a litter pick? Just do something to give back to the community you're camping near? Whatever you choose - hope you stay well and enjoy 2023 :-)
I'm a full-time vanner for the last two years, Australia is home, and have just completed a three month trip around the UK. Didn't use any campsites but on occasion used paid carparks, generally using parking apps which are much cheaper than casual parking rates. I did this in a 7 metre van with rental company branding all over it. No-one really bothers as long as you are sensible about it and don't overstay your welcome. I'm tempting fate here, but I have never had a knock on the door.
Only 3 mins in bro and I have to say.. your stealth camps in the public rather than empty carparks are so much better... not being negative to the other ones as love all your videos.. but thus brings back the galaxy days.. where you did them in the street etc.. buzzing for the rest of the video now haha
There are tons of wonderful places to visit right here in this old UK. How about a week in Wales or Northern Ireland visiting the sights? Better than a car park in Dorking! Make an itinerary, and there's a month's content there from each week on the road. Get your drone up in the Brecon Beacons, the Lake District or on the Pembrokeshire coast. Tell us something about the local sights, history and your personal experience. Oh, and keep the park-ups edgy. You're a better cook than you realise, and nice tie-ins with companies like HelloFresh make it interesting and profitable. Try a new recipe or two on each trip. Make yourself he go-to guy for decent van life grub.

We were thinking you should go from yours near Redhill to Beaulieu Motor Museum for a stealth park up, visit Bucklers Hard for a SUP spot and spot of lunch. The next day head to Lymington to catch a ferry to the Isle Of Wight. There’s so much to do and see there for the adventure type. Northern Ireland, unreal scenery (specially north coast) loads of free parking areas. You're really missing out if you don't come over and see for yourself, 100% guarantee you'll love it.
Future you is considering (at the end of 2023) buying another camper van. When you do so, I think you should reflect on how well you designed 'Mary'. She is wonderfully thought out. Bravo.
Hi Will, after watching this latest stealth camp video and you asking for other places to camp can I suggest Portsdown Hill Viewpoint in Portsmouth. I am from Portsmouth myself and I just think it would make a wicked video as the scenery up there overlooking Portsmouth is amazing plus you would be able to get some epic drone footage as well. If you time it right with the weather as well the sunsets are pretty special too. Hopefully this idea helps. Would love to see you set up camp up on this hill. All the best.
Best time to visit scandinavia is between june and august. Then you can see the midnight sun as well. Winter time, yes if you like minus 20-35 degrees celcius and snowstorms. These are for special interested hardcores who love to sleep in snow caves and even overnight during winter in an igloo. It can be interesting as well, but for most of us deadly we do feel comfortable in a nice comfy space with a nice camp fire.

Hi Will. I've parked in premier inn carparks before In my work van, but I went onto your parking space website and paid £3 for the night, and enjoyed being off the road and in an area that has cctv. I doubt that was what the parking space website was intended for, but that's how I used it. I still kept myself stealthy though as I didn't want to attract attention to my use of the premier inns car park.
Will, you need to visit Scandinavia. We have the "freedom of roam law". Meaning the free right to camp, make a fire, pluck berries, mushrooms, etc. Sleep over anywhere outside rural areas for free. In the mountains camp as long as you want. Only law, keep the place as clean as you had it when you came there.
You should stealth camp at the breakwater in Holyhead isle of anglesey great views of the irish sea and Holyhead mountain and also views of the port of Holyhead as well the UK's second biggest roro port.
Saw a stealth van outside the private hospital I was at the other day. He/she failed the stealth mode as I could hear the diesel heater and the blinds and solar panels also gave it away.

Near the Royalty Inn on Otley Chevin in West Yorkshire ( overlooking Leeds Bradford Airport). Or at the Cow and Calf overlooking Ilkley, about 10 miles from there.

Try and find stealth camping on the south coast. Everywhere seems to be no overnight. Trying to find a good view to wake up to. Not a travel lodge lol. The cooking is a good idea.
Have a few spots around the oxted area you could try… nothing incredible but some woodland car parks a bit in the middle of no where and some quiet car parks at woodland viewpoints
Hey Will. You need an idea and I've got one for you. Camp out for a week or so up in Nottingham. Go visit Warhammer World for me. I'm sure they will let you film around. Go to Bugman's and get a pint and burger. There is so much lore and things to look at there. I most likely will not be able to travel to England anytime soon. I've been playing Warhammer 40k for just under 22 years. And Warhammer Fantasy before it went under. And now with Henry Cavil making a live action 40K series for Amazon maybe you could get an inside scoop. Maybe make this a 2 part series. Or a slightly longer 1 shot. The roads over there aren't the only bad ones. We had an article freeze here in the United States in Nebraska that's where I'm from. And it practically turned our roads here into Swiss cheese. There absolutely horrible right now. And they will never really fully get repaired.

It cost loads to stay at a Travellodge here in Canada, try maybe 200 hundred a night. Why don't u start staying at some places like the train station parking lots, Justpark Westminster Car Park, British Parkway Awards parking lot, Titan Car Parking, Cop Station ( someone's driveway lol) there is loads, anyway thanks for the adventure!!

How about Randlesham Forest...? You can discuss the purported UFO incident there. Or camp near historical sites... I think you hit the limit of what you can do stealth camping wise and need to add another layer of content to your sojourns.

Does your drone have lights on it? Flying a drone at night sure gives a different perspective of the area. One good thing about those yellow slippers is you will be easily found if you get lost. Your Leith Hill video was great, you must have balls of steel to camp there as I have done night mountain biking there and it was a bit creepy.
There a place in pontefract park you can stay it free for all night and all the time it good I might be far for you but it good there a couple shop outside the park for food like MacDonald and home bag ins

Just couple of ideas for stealth camp nucular power station Dungeness also is UK 's only desert.to great thumb nail possibilities. City centre of airport parking, best football of sports group car park to stealth car in a bit of a series there bit like the guys that date the vip/soft seat days at sports ground but instead stealth camping for free night before a game.. Could do same with sea front into on cold in are of other facilities, last one same again but for theme parks or visitor attractions, more info you put in the more views you will get as you could be the go-to you tube guide to venue and event stealth camping in the uk

Would be nice to have a van meet up..Im in north London ..But I love Epsom downs where theres a great space for parking with great views and a few pubs also.
Does your drone have lights on it? Flying a drone at night sure gives a different perspective of the area. One good thing about those yellow slippers is you will be easily found if you get lost. Will look around in the UK for other places for you to park overnight. Thanks for sharing and have a great day.

Great video, if your looking for somewhere local to this video to do a stealth camp then the cop of Boxhill would be an intresting place with amazing views. Your Leith Hill video was great, you must have balls of steel to camp there as I have done night mountain biking there and it was a bit creepy.
There a place in pontefract park you can stay it free for all night and all the time it good I might be far for you but it good there a couple shop outside the park for food like MacDonald and home bag ins

Just couple of ideas for stealth camp nucular power station Dungeness also is UK 's only desert.to great thumb nail possibilities. City centre of airport parking, best football of sports group car park to stealth car in a bit of a series there bit like the guys that date the vip/soft seat days at sports ground but instead stealth camping for free night before a game.. Could do same with sea front into on cold in are of other facilities, last one same again but for theme parks or visitor attractions, more info you put in the more views you will get as you could be the go-to you tube guide to venue and event stealth camping in the uk
The carpark at Birkenhead/Liverpool docks would be a good one then jump on the ferry over to Northern Ireland for a wee explore 👌🏻👌🏻
