Her voice is one of 'those' ones that bring comfort, sensitivity and insight. Her singing makes me feel comfortable.

I find it so strange when vocalists of this superiority and experience are so insecure. She surely must know that she's one of the greatest voices of the past 30 years, why wouldn't she?
Just a brilliantly intelligent woman.great voice,great presence and just a few years younger than me. Been a fan from the start,still a fan and introducing her to my children and grandchildren.

yes i understand exactly what shes saying great interview very intelligent honest lady, lovely hearing her speak because now i know what was going on behind the fame and the face , when shes ready iam sure she will cut through those fears and make a come back, i suppose now she has children her life has taken her on another avenue , then once you commit ,its rehearsals, promoters, management, tours , its alot to think about, i wish you well Tracey for the future , you are in a great position where you could say to yourself iam going to do 20 gigs a year and pick the venues , iam a musician myself i wish i could do that , all the best Tim

That voice is amazing. What a talent. Their live shows sound like a record is playing except it isn’t. They’re that good.
She’s right about not having an instrument to “hide” behind. It’s not even just about hiding behind it, but being occupied with playing an instrument while having to sing keeps you so occupied you don’t have time to be nervous.

wow! interestingly enough, I have actually had a dream where I was a roadie on an EBTG tour, and to my memory it was a wonderful dream! One of my favorites. I felt so cool tagging along in their bus and being a part of stage crew. I remeber the feeling of it being really cool, but also wholesome at the same time!

Tracey's voice transcends genres. We know her for singing in pop, downtempo, house, and drum n' bass songs. Lately, I've envisioned her melancholy voice gracing goth songs.
Under the right circumstances (really, collaboration), I think she would find success in the goth genre.
