I think Channel 4, in the U.K. filmed Jeff's entire set. Only Mojo Pin and What Will You Say aired on television, at the time. Glastonbury would have the rest of the footage, if it exists. I contacted the head of the festival, several years ago, and he was under the impression that Jeff's entire performance was filmed, but he couldn't confirm that, as it would have still be on the master film reels, which haven't been digitized. It would cost money to digitize said footage, and de whether or not the rest of Jeff's set is there. Unfortunately, that's as far as I could get, as I don't have legal authority to have Glastonbury investigate this any further.
Jeff's Estate/Sony would have to reach out to the festival. Apparently, they did, several years ago, but were dissuaded from acquiring licensing rights, as the cost was prohibitive. I've thought about starting a GoFundMe in order to gather enough money to have this entire set released (if it exists). That's probably the only way that we'll ever get to see it. The trouble is making such a campaign widely known, and getting enough people to chip. I'm sure the price would be pretty steep, thus, many people would need to donate.

Yes. His name is Alim Qasimov, and he is from Azerbaijan. I have two videos of him singing and playing with Jeff.
