- Alaska is the epitome of outdoor adventures. Combine that with an RV, the extra daylight hours during the Summer's midnight sun, a helicopter, seaplane, glaciers and some bears, and you have one heck of a bucket list vacation.
We road-tripped across the last frontier in an RV from Cruise America for 2 weeks and started our adventure with a Knik Glacier Helicopter Tour. We drove from Anchorage to Valdez, up and over the incredibly gorgeous Denali Highway into Denali National Park, and then back down again to Homer and Seward on the Kenai Peninsula for some gold panning, a bear viewing flight, and a boat trip in Resurrection Bay.

Valdez is my absolute favorite place in Alaska. I love driving through Thompson pass during the summers and seeing all the waterfalls through the mountains.

@@FernwehChronicles man there is something I want to ask. After watching your video it feels like every shot, every detail is part of storyline or pre-planned. Did you planned everything or these are randomly at the moment picked shot because most travel vlogs I have seen feels like they pick the camera and start speaking whatever they want, sure there are some planned things but overall apparently they are random talk.
