I have tried this recipe today (I'm cooking your recipes since 2 years ago) and it's really incredible! I wasn't believe that it could be so delicious! thank you Ella!
Thanks Ella for this awesome recipe, it's so simple but the flavours work so well. I added a pinch of salt into the oats just to counteract the sweetness, amazing! Thank you 😘
Just made this! So delicious! Used frozen blueberries cause I didn’t have strawberries. I thawed the blueberries in the refrigerator for 2 hours then followed the recipe. Such a great brekkie . Can’t wait to make your Christmas crumble!
hmmmm im wondering if the fruits can be switched up maybe strawberry and blueberries or something without banana. im not a huge fan of bananas! has anyone any thoughts on the fruit combos?
Can i have a substitution for oats since i am allergic to? I love love the recipes and ur channel . I am dying to so this recipe for my mom and daughter
+Deliciously Ella okay thanks for the reply! It's great you take the time to read and reply with such a huge following, I like that a lot, shows you care :)
Hi Ella :) I have a question, is there the possibility to substitute the coconut oil with something else? I really don't like how coconut tastes, but I love crumbles and yours looks really amazing. Thank you :)
I am trying to eat high carb low fat vegan (trying have not mastered it yet). They talk a lot about "no oils", even coconut oil, saying it's bad. I see you use a lot of coconut oil in your recipes. Could you comment on this. BTW this looks amazing.
Just do what suits you and your health goals best :) I'm low fat vegan but I still eat healthy fats (such as nuts and coconut and so on), usually not oils as they don't contain much nutrition wise, but if I'm eating out I don't mind. You can always make Ella's recipes without coconut oil by using extra maple syrup or apple sauce instead X
there are foods with fats that can be bad for us, like palm, colza, or refinated oils, but there are alot of food that are richs in healthy fats, like avocado, seeds, nuts, and oils like coconut oil and olive oil (always virgin oils because of their propieties). you can find a lot of information about it on nutrition books. :D
Someone below says it's her accent. That is not accent. It is something women do to sound sexy. Quite fashionable really. especially in singing nowadays - these breaks. To each his own shit, I guess. Your own always smells good to you!

Blueberries should be delicious although I've not tried this myself. The banana makes it so delicious and creamy! X
Add some light brown sugar caster or golden caster sugar or crunchy topping

Looks amazing. Can the coconut oil be substituted with a nut butter?
I don't think it'd do a good job binding, it might be a little too clumpy!
Maybe a flax egg would work?
can you switch up the fruits?
Yes absolutely! Although the bananas and strawberries are the best sweet and creamy combination x
Hy Ella, how long stored in a bottle? Need fridge? Or only in the pantry?
It's best stored in the fridge for about 3-5 days x
100g ghee 3 tsp fruits
Can I substitute the coconut oil for something if I don't want oil? Amazing quick recipe :)
So sorry I haven't tried it without the oil so I"m not sure, you could try leaving it out but it won't get as nice and crunchy! x
+Deliciously Ella okay thanks for the reply! It's great you take the time to read and reply with such a huge following, I like that a lot, shows you care :)
I'm intolerant to oats! What alternative would you recommend?
Crapy now flour or gluten free oat free oats

Can you half the recipe to make a smaller batch? Or save the rest of the leftovers?
You sure can. I did a fifth of that recipe, because I was only doing it for myself and it was enough for 2 people.

Coconut oil is very unhealthy indeed. But maybe it can be substuted in this recipe., which is great. Any suggestion?
