I think you missed something First delete all devices that connected to that mi account then re connect only that device that you want to unlock and then add device with mi account in unlock bootloader section It'll work 💯 and if you need any other help ask me here

And if you are saying what did I did Soo I repeated the process after the time was gone like it was showing 33 hours which was like 1 day 9 hours if I am not wrong. So if you wanna unlock your bootloader and with a mobile through OTG Soo yeah this the best and safe way to unlock it. By the way it doesn't bypass the timing Soo you have to wait.😊😁🗿
